I have shopped here foe more than 30 years. In the last year or so, it has gone downhill. The produce is old or just not there. There are a lot of products the store no longer carries in this location. The upside is the staff is very nice and the store is clean. If I have to drive across town anyway, there are other stores I can go to, and the big Hy Vee tends to be higher priced and harder to navigate through. I will still use this store for prescriptions and convenience items (milk, bread, etc) but wish they would go back to being Hy Vee and not more like a big convenience store.

Remodeled a few years back. Looks like a totally different store. Love the new look. Always have what I need. Pharmacy workers are amazing as well.

This Hy-Vee was outdated but what I will say is that options vary from store to store and this place always was smaller but always had what I needed. The people are super friendly from the security to guest services and floor workers. I definitely don’t think this Hy-Vee gets the praise it deserves.

I was just in there doing the 5 for $25 sale and had to have management help with the coupon not working. I did not catch the names but they were more than accommodating and friendly. Thank you for all of your help!!

Good little Hyvee. We have not had any problems here and sometimes we find great deals the bigger store across town didn't have. People are nice and friendly. Store is clean.

I hate the lottery and claim process as those of us that don't play are often inconvenienced by the wait for those that do. The staff handle it well but an automated scanner and ticket purchasing option would be nice to free up their time and keep the lines from building up in the aisles blocking access to those needing to get in the aisles for merchandise.

Back in Dec. I was approached by staff and presented a picture of myself and my child and a hand-written note that said "this lady has sticky fingers" . When I tried to find out what happened (as I was previously a daily shopper at Hyvee) the store Manger told me they didn't know and can write "whatever they want about whoever they want" as long as it's not posted publicly.I called corporate, met with the store manager again, was disappointed he didn't seem to understand why I was so upset by the situation. Met with the next higher store manager who apologized but still nothing policy wise was changed.I've never stolen in my life, I never would. I will never shop at Hyvee again after the way I was treated and I've really considered posting the video of what happened to me so others can see how they treat their customers.

If Google asks me one more time how hyvee was, im gonna stop using Google. I just answered this yesterday. Google, shut up. You already know that I dont go in here often because the employees are rude. Manager was nice. Employee was rude, wasted time, bad manners on phone when I was in a time of need trying to find my keys. Thank you for ensuring I dont come back here. I know women have rights but so do I and it takes more than 5 min to find some keys. So if I call and say I lost my keys and ask for you to keep an eye out, I expect someone to actually look. Not call me 5 min later, tell me, "we don't have your keys", in a snotty, snide attitude and hang up on me before I can say anything. Worst ever experience I've had with hyvee.

The employees here are always respectful and top notch. Store is always clean and have never gone here for something to see it missing from the shelf. However if you're looking for something specialty, this probably isn't the store because it's very small. Small but definitely worthy of a stop!

I have always liked hyvee for its exceptional people and meat department.Unfortunately a couple of months they added automatic checkout machines.1 or 2 would have been okay but 8 were installed which has caused major issues.Many people don't like to use auto checkouts, especially if they have a large amount of groceries. So the auto checkouts take up space and longer lines become the norm.With how the front is set up if more than four people are in line it completely rocks the front aisle to get across the store.

Decent selection with friendly staff. Willing to help out. Pharmacy included, and staff are excellent as well. Also, seems to provide more fish during Lent season and other religious festivities. Well cleaned and ready to help. Keeps stocked up proper.

It's really sad to see what this location has become. Just moved back after being gone for years, went to the store and was shocked. No deli, no bakery, no meat counter. Workers that are left at this location were great though!

Went into get my meds, and they ready for my pick upThose that work there the nicest people I've ever run into. They are polite happy Curtis and I really like that. It's to go in there ,and know that they will have a smile on and you'd think that they missed me . It's a great feeling.

They are clean and staff is friendly. There's a lot there that you can't find other places. Not as great as some grocery stores, but definitely the best local option.

Hailey that was working in the deli / bakery section (angular st hy vee) was Awesome. I wanted a already prepared sub sandwich, the shelf was empty of them. But she was getting ready to stock, went through her cart, and after unloading many many many boxes, she came to the subs. Got me a fresh one, that my friends is AWESOME customer service from young Hailey . Plus the store was very clean and all the employees were great.

I'm always at Hy-Vee! I wish they were open later though! The one closest to me closes at 9pm. After that I have to go to the other one, it closes at 11pm.
