This is a really great resale shop. I have found numerous things here at a really great price. Some nice, high quality items. I like to donate here as well. They have always been friendly. One of the best bargain resale stores I've been to in a very long time.

Store looks great!!! Very clean, smells nice, complimentary coffee at the front! So many great deals. Bought a new winter coat for 6 bucks, sweater for 3 bucks, and lots of decor for under 30 bucks! ! Hands down the cheapest and best QUALITY thriftstore in Burlington. Also, I love supporting LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS! Keep up the great work!

Expensive, disorganized, empty shelves. Prices have quadrupled overnight. Shelves aren’t organized. Kitchen appliances mixed with plates, decorative figures, and Christmas ornaments. It’s a headache to find things. Can’t try on jewelry anymore. Many donations are now used to make “displays,” and not for sale. Going downhill.

Had time on lunch break so just randomly stopped in. Found some cool carnival glass. The staff was very helpful. Also one of the most beautiful woman i have ever seen helped me and was very nice. I didnt get a chance to find out if she was single. So im hopeing u stumble on this tina as i havnt been able to stop seeing that smile. But yes people its a nice store good prices and great staff. So k have seen many people say rude staff etc. ..if tina is working you will not have to worry as she was helpful and easy to talk with.

I've known a number of people who have been helped by Hope Haven's mission, so I was happy to learn they had a thrift store, too. I found some great treasures at bargain prices. I was tickled to be able to indulge my treasure hunting side AND support the mission. For those who say their prices are too high, I can only imagine they must not have shopped at Goodwill, lately. Goodwill's prices have gone up and up in the past few years. The bargains at Hopefully Yours are so much more plentiful!

Great variety of stuff, and it's always changing quite a bit. Everything is super cheap (my boyfriend got a microwave for $10!), stuff is clean, and from what I've seen the electronics work. Others have said the staff isn't friendly, and they can come across that way admittedly. I wouldn't say "unfriendly" so much as they're not especially social. Its never bothered me, personally.

the place is big.. almost like three Goodwills combined. people are nice and helpful but they're a little understaffed.however they didn't seem to mind when we made them wait probably like 20 minutes after they closed because we got to talking with them and deciding on what we wanted to actually buy out of the pile of stuff we wanted

I would love to know what it is they do for hope haven. In the old store the wonderful people from hope haven worked the front. I have not seen any workers from hope have in over a year. Where have they gone? I agree with those that have said it is pricey at times. For donated items to be priced the way they are surprises me. Not a shop I frequent often anymore. If they go back to the way it was in the old building, I would be there daily.

This is the best second-hand store in town. They have a lot of items that are organized pretty well. The prices are amazing! i went wild in here and carried out several bags of stuff for just ten dollars.

Used to always enjoy shopping there but lately prices are more than new items...10.00 for a cookware pan is pricey...But always friendly ..should have a policy about employees saving things for themselves ...items that never make it to the front store...actually have heard these conversations among employees saving items

I used to love shopping here until I came in today I asked for help regarding where the scrubs are and one of the volunteers got a attitude saying “I only work here I don’t know where the stuff is” !! Also very short on staff
