People were decent, BUT didn't go out of their way to make sure we were finding everything okay. You could clearly see that we were looking for a certain thing and didn't even ask what we were looking for. Being friendly to your customers makes a huge difference.

Cashiers was very niceI purchased $2,600 of items and would sure like to hire the guy that loaded my purchase from the Warehouse.I would hire him just so I could fire him, he was the most no nothing ,arrogant person I have ever dealt withI own a Business with 10 employee's and would not want my Customers to ever have to deal with such treatment.A person like this can hurt a good Store

We were in Quincy. IL and the had an 20 gallon air compresser that we tried to buy. They were on sale for$209.00 we wanted to buy it but the only had the display and couldn't sell it. So we drove all the way to Burlington. Ia to get one. We called first and was told they had one left and they would put it up front for us. We then drove from Quincy to Burlington. Ia. When we went in to purchase it they wouldn't honor the sale price. That is bad business.

I GREATLY dislike being asked for my phone number at check out. Just ask me if I'm on the mailing list, that's enough.HF is a good source for reasonable prices on medium quality tools...it isn't snap-on , or old school Craftsman hand tools, but the quality for price is good. Not my shop tools, but the stuff I pack in the truck or camper, that if it gets lost in mud...well.Also a good source for quick wear down tools and supplies, like flap wheels for an angle grinder. Also for oddball harder to find gadgets like dental size picks , standing magnifying glass, suction cups .Actually I'm thrilled to have one in easy driving distance.

This place was fabulous. I had never been to a harbor freight staff was great they have quite a few options and some good prices. Masks are in full effect up here. So if you're not wearing any masks I guess probably stay away from this joint. I would give five stars if this business had any type of backbone to masks.

Not one of my favorite H.F. stores. On my normal shopping trips there, I regularly spend $300 - $500 each time I visit. And as luck may have it, I almost always find one or two items that don't meet my approval and I elect to return them. Don't have any problems what so ever at other H.F. stores, but the Management there doesn't seem to be fond of any returns

Always has a fair amount of deals and great prices. Haven't had any issues and always able to find what I'm shopping for.Very rare that a specific item is sold out, never hurts to call ahead though.

I found a lot of good buys at the store, now i've heard several reviews talk about the quality of some of their tools but i have had good experiences with the things i have bought. I do believe the quality of a lot of the their stuff is on par with a couple of the bigger stores and the prices are right on. I really enjoy looking at all of the stuff. Did i mention the sale associates are real friendly.

Very helpful employees, but not too helpful by asking if everything okay every few minutes. Nicely marked rows, even the sections of the rows. Also the store is neatly organized and clean. Makes it easier to find what you need. Just look up at the signs.

Harbor Freight is a great store to shop for all sorts of tools for both the novice as well as the professional craftsman. The selection of tools is outstanding and of good quality as well. Harbor Freight's pricing is very reasonable and won't "break the bank". They often run huge sales and discounts which makes it even easier to get all your needed supplies for that next big project you have been planning!! All in all shopping at Harbor Freight is a pleasant experience and their sales staff were very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend!!

I really like this store! They almost always have the tool I may need on a project. They even have a decent amount of tools for automotive which I found to be really accommodating. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with finding a particular automotive socket I needed. I'm very impressed with this store.

Harbor Freight has some good tools at prices that are hard to beat elsewhere. Of course, it is best to have knowledge of the product before you buy it. I've had excellent luck with everything that I've purchased there, in fact I'm still using everything and it is performing well.

Store is very clean and well lit. Easy to find what you're looking for and staff is friendly. HF gets a lot of flack for their tools, but they've always worked fine for the small d.i.y. projects I do. Great selection at a great price.
