I bought a pair of shoes size 7 from the women's section.I get home and they're a children's size 7 so I try to return them.They said I could not return them so I tried to contact someone to discuss the issue and the manager was extremely rude to me. I used to shop here weekly won't anymore. Used to have such nice staff what a shame.

Always love shopping at goodwill. I found two brand new bags one purse and one makeup bag which is very big so it will hold my makeup brushes and cosmetics. It will be great for travel. The prices were great, I got both of them for under $9.00 and they were brand new. I feel they have good quality clothing and items. I've been going there since they opened in Burlington and when I lived in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Oregon, a Arizona. I genuinely believe they sell good quality, name brands, new, gently used, clothes and household items. I found a lot of this and in great working order and condition. But if not you can take it back anytime and exchange it or get your money back within a certain period of time so it's a great deal you're also putting people with special needs to work and that's a really great thing.

Got there in the last 20 minutes and still found something. They were fast and Friendly even though I know they wanted us out. One of my favorite thrift stores.

They will scream at you and embarrass you in front of everyone if your 3year old doesn't keep a mask on. Almost had my 3 year old in tears. Someone could've asked nicely. employee had NO need to be so rude or to raise her voice...3/25/21

This Burlington location store has high pricing on household items. But the employees are polite and helpful.

The manager Savannah was very disrespectful and rude. While looking at a bicycle I was told not turn it upside down to check if the wheels were spinning straight. Then she said what if a little kid ran into the bike? There were no children in the store but I respectfully apologized for any wrongs and won't be going back until she's gone. I like to look at things before I buy it.

I noticed Goodwill doesn't have very many children's books, I was hoping to buy a few for my nursery but there wasn't enough selection. Their furniture on the other hand is very beautiful and at wonderfully low prices.

Greeted at the door and told us the specials for today. ( green tags half off) Boy did I take advantage of that! Clothes, wine glasses, clothes for grandchildren! I made a haul for less than $40.00!! Love Goodwill!❤

Overpriced...Some of the ones that have been here awhile are not friendly...The dirty blonde haired middle aged lady seems angry and don't want to be at work...she carries around a clipboard and doesn't ever seem to do much of anything and complains about her work and co workers.....seems like she would get a new job if she don't like it......Store is always clean ...new employees are very ambitious
