Furniture Row and Erika Howard are amazing. We looked at a living room set on Saturday but decided to wait. Over the weekend we decided to go ahead and get it. We knew we wouldn’t be able to get to the store before the special financing ended so I called and spoke with Erika. Within 10 minutes she had the set ordered for us and we as able to split the payment method. Will definitely shop there again.

Manager Dean Thompson was amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and helped us find the sectional we wanted. I love when I can go into a store and not have overly pushy sales persons. I would definitely recommend them!

Christian Roundtree was excellent! He was very clear, detailed, and knowledgeable about all the pieces I was interested in. Very helpful in getting me written dimensions and even got a tape measure out when I needed it. He was very professional, friendly, and patient with me. He was able to accommodate needs I had with my small apartment. I will definitely be a returning customer because of my interactions with him wich says alot because I hate feeling pressured by salesman. With Christian there was no pressure at all.

The salesman was very helpful and patient with us and told us that we had more options thaIn what was just sitting on the floor, which was very exciting because we liked the fabric, he showed us that there were options I could choose from so that we could order exactly what we wanteded. It’ll This will save us a lot of money from having to purchase other couches because I know they weren't quite right. Now, we can choose and have the couch exactly how we want it.

Walked in asked for a specific item, what and how I wanted it to be. Was shown exactly what I asked for and bought it in the first 10 minutes I was there. No runaround, no showing me what I didn’t want. It was a great experience

The service was okay. However it wasn’t until after my transaction was finalized that I noticed a shelf that had a sheet stating “4 free items from this shelf with purchase” so I asked about it since I’d just made a purchase and they didn’t mention anything about it. All they said to us was that they should’ve mentioned something before the transaction was finalized as they have to add it to our purchase and left it at that. Would have been nice to get a few free items since we just dropped over 2K on a sectional.

Bought a new bedroom set.im so excited to get it i cant wait. It sucks though that we ordered it in July, and we were told it w ouldnt be ready till October.....bummer.But the furniture is awesome!!

Christian was very helpful and a nice young man! He was persistent in offering help during our pricing trip and he seems to be willing to put in the work which is often difficult to come by with the younger working generation. The timeline to receive our furniture was 2-3 weeks and we got it in 9 days after ordering which was excellent as it gave us time to move and not be sitting in our home without furniture.

She was very informational about different types of couches, the type of fabrics, and had a good vibe overall. We are pleased to say that we have purchased a new customized couch. Worst delivery experience ever. Waited over 3 weeks delay after delay. Kitchen set had one chair damaged. Delivery personnel refused to assemble orncarry headboard up the stairs. We believe it would have fit or as I said could been assembled upthere. We had to reject the bedroom furniture because the rest would not have matched if no head board. The furniture is the same stuff every furniture place sells. There only benefit tow would have been service (we paid for delivery too) and there was none of that . For wauting so long and the outrageous prices we could have had it custom built in place by now. Now we have to fight for our money back. Never again. Save yourself the headache find somewhere with good service.
