Terrible customer service from the automotive service department.Everytime I have had to bring a car in for something they have overtightened whatever they are working on.My sister brought her car in for an oil change 3 months ago and have the sticker on the window from them, they tightened the oil drain plug so hard and rounded it off you can't even remove it with a ratchet and breaker bar, I called them and they basically told me I have no proof they did the oil change and they won't do anything for me.

Unreal trying to get a gun here! I understand the need to get confirmation about whether you can own one or not however the characters at this farm King are oblivious to the process! I must have spent an hour with them and I got sent back and forth to the front and back. I just gave up and said forget it! Terrible service! And I am fully legal to have a gun. Just a bunch of unmotivated people. Also the other day this girl named Angie was soooo freaking rude when I went in the other day. I'm officially done with farm King

I’m a native of Burlington But now live in Alabama. I spend hundreds of dollars on misc stuff when I’m back. I bought these in Jan 23 and went to make them tonight and expired before even purchased. Frustrated. Don’t see customer service on their own site. It might be less than $10 but no way to get my money back now since I won’t be back til summer.

This was a great experience, there have a huge selection of items and different options for each item. They do a great job of providing choices and have some really cool items I have yet to see anywhere else. They have an innovative way they move their carts from the register they have a special notch on the counter which the cart can travel though I have never seen this before and think they deserve a design award.

Hahahaha! 7 Rows worth of Men's Safety Work Shoes... literally just 2 pairs of women's safety shoes, one of which is is actually work boots, which doesn't even come in the full range of women's sizes. SOMEBODY doesn't expect any women to be needing any work boots.Aaaaand this is why I only shop for my work boots at Chuck's Boots. So far, the only place I've gone that has a PROPER, large selection of women's work safety boots in the full range of sizes.Normally I don't care too much about this, because I know the disproportionate ratio of men to women in these fields, but SERIOUSLY? 1 pair of safety work boots for women? ONE PAIR? Compared to SEVEN ROWS of safety shoes for men!

Okay, I did 3 stars. But that's because normally I like Farm King. But my experience today left a sour taste:If I look around, normally I can get a weed killer concentrate, 2.5 gallon, for about $60-70. But they didn't have any in that size. But they had some in a gallon size: $38.99. Not too bad a price, and I need it asap. At the check out, I made some small idle chit chart with the clerk. Heading out to my car, in the parking lot, it dawned on me that I paid over $70 for this gallon. I went back in to double check and yep, four rows of this product with four labels (one each) under the four rows. And each label said $38.99. I asked why am i passing $69.99 for this? And I was told those were the wrong labels. But they'd happily take off 10%. I returned the weed killer and will be going to a different farm & home store. We'll see how the next visit goes (if I ever go back).

Staff are into their own thing. It seems as though if you interrupt them they give you attitude. Our cashier Rachel seemed to be having a bad day or something because she was very rude and short with us during checkout. If you can shop somewhere else, I highly recommend that you do!

Farm king has a good selection of outdoor and farm good, but be prepared to spend much more than you would pretty much anywhere else. They have a good gun selection, as well as bows, bit they have multiple prices for the same guns. They were about $80-$100 higher than anywhere else.

One of the reasons I like shopping here is because they sell items that other stores don't. They have a great selection of board games, and vintage style toys. Staff are polite and helpful. One year I searched many stores for a nuwave oven. This store had some! If you cant find what you are looking for in another store, check this store. They probably have it.However, the auto department is another story. A few years ago, I took my car for oil change and they wanted to sell me tires and when I said no, they started threatening thay my tires were getting bald.Later that week, I took my car to be checked and I did not even need tires.

I should take off a star for the sometimes rude, seemingly bothered at being there, older cashier(like 40ish) her name starts with a "W". But, the other staff makes up for her. The other staff is awesome and so helpful. Usually find everything I need and store has good sales and markdowns all the time.

Went this morning for an oil change. After waiting at the empty auto desk for a while I went to the service desk to get someone called to auto. Mechanic must not have liked that. I was the first car in the bay and told it would take 30-45 minutes. After well over an hour the mechanic came back and told me he used a full synthetic instead of the blend I asked for because it was 'what the engine needed'. In a final class move, instead of parking the car in one of the spaces across from the garage he parked it at the far end next to a snow bank I had to walk through to get in the car. I like the store but auto shop bad!

This place has a bit of everything. This is my primary spot to buy fishing gear. There is also a wide variety of hand tools for reasonable prices. Sometimes, they are understaffed, but the associates can get you pointed in the right direction if you can't find something.

I am very disappointed with this store. Last year i bought a pump for my swimming pool. I payed 160.00 for it. I used it for 3 months and it stopped working. They will not replace it because i do not have a receipt. And because they no longer sell pumps. I feel like they could have made it right with us in some way.

Great selection. Especially boots. I didn't actually buy anything but it was fun to window shop the broad selection. If I wasn't getting on an airplane I would have bought a barbed wire splicing tool and crimp sleeves.

Decent prices on items and a good selection. Big sporting goods section including fishing, camping, kayaks, and hunting. A lot of guns including hand guns and long guns. A big clothing selection including "farmer" clothes and yellow and orange safety clothes. A good selection of tools including Lincoln welders and supplies.

I would give them a 1. I exchanged a shirt that cost $9.63 . I had to show my drivers license to exchange it. They acted like I was lying. I will never go there again. No wonder they have no business

Good store wide variety I buy my work boots there and some of my work clothes. They are pet friendly and that's a plus my Rottweiler puppy loves going there. Prices are decent
