We were looking for a 2nd vehicle and had looked at a lot of vehicles that were overpriced and needed a lot of TLC. I happened to see a Buick Enclave on Family Motor's lot and stopped in to take a look. It drove very nice and was very clean. Bought a red 2010 F150 from Family Motors ~6-7 months ago. When I bought the truck, the drive shaft had an issue that made turning the wheel stick. When I called Family Motors back, they replaced the part for free with no fees for work or the part. Now half a year down the line it still runs perfectly.

I've never felt more respected by a dealership! Being a woman searching for a truck you run into a lot salesmen that try to pull the wool over your eyes, but Family Motors was exceptionally honest about everything and helped me to find the best possible truck in my price range! Very frustrating experience. Made an offer on a vehicle, had it accepted, and volunteered to wire funds bank to bank, only to have the vehicle sold after my offer was accepted. Be very cautious in dealing with this dealership if you are out of state. Communication and attitude of management was extremely poor. I would not recommend them.

Don't believe the God Bless at the end of their add. they''ll lie to you just like anybody else. Asked if they knew of any problems that they knew of and said no. Then after I bought the car found papers that last owner took to shop which found broken strut. But my fault, should have had the car looked at by a garage. As is, is as is. Just hate being lied to.
