I live less than a block away from family dollar on 9th St in Burlington, Iowa , a nice little walk. However , I can NEVER depend on them being open . All the lights on inside but the door is locked . The least they (manager) could do would be to post a sign in the window" CLOSED TODAY - SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE" . But they never do . That's right , this happens often . When you call the BPD to report it as suspicious you get told they are aware of the situation the workers are inside and the store manager has been allerted . Wth ????? How can they expect to stay in business much less make any profit for much longer if a customer can't depend on the hours they are open ?????
