We retired 2.5 years ago to Keokuk and have had 4 -5 gallon bottles delivered every month. They never missed! Timely service, flexible, and very thoughtful 10 out of 10. Best $32 spent each month (next to the needed utilities)

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Though the actual water bottles were not always available, the staff ensures that there is replacement individual bottles until there is. In a world where customer service is going down rapidly, Kelli and her staff have continued to be polite and easy to work with when needed.
