Ordered a half Supreme half meat lovers, there was no pepperoni on the pizza, when there is supposed to be, mainly sausage and vegetables tonight for supper, and it was the worst pizza I have gotten from Casey's. Maybe I should have ordered from Summer Street instead of the West Ave location. Never will I ever order from the West Ave location again. I will be calling and complaining about this. Very rude staff all together, called and ordered over the phone and very rude young man on the other end. The delivery drive basically ran onto our front porch, threw the pizza at my husband, didn't say anything, and ran off my front porch. Worst food and service I have ever got from Casey's.

I ordered a taco pizza from the west avenue location. They only gave me 4 packets of taco sauce. Who in there right mi d thinks that is enough for a large pizza. Either the company is screwing their customers or the employee us screwing us. Either way I am left with out the proper toppings for my pizza.

Got a pizza from them and I have always loved their pizzas. This was the worst pizza I ever had. It was a bacon breakfast pizza and it was barely any bacon on it and the crust was deformed. It looks like they didn't let the dough rise or something. Just look at the rough edges of the pizza. I won't get one from this location ever again.

Well this is normally my favorite store but in the last year alone it has went down. It wouldnt be so bad if it was just the rude cashier who doesnt even smile, or the bathrooms just smell like sewer. But when its all that combined with seeing a right next to the cashier then i think you need to take care of your store better.

Sell individual slices of Pizza that our old to people, Terrible. Assistant Manager even approved to charge me one. Terrible. Please go to another Casey's. Store Manager needs to read.

My go-to place before work to get my addiction — a Sprite each morning and my favorite flavored cigars, Exotic Berry Cheyenne's. I recommend this location whether in Burlington, Fort Madison, or Keokuk. Have a blessed day!! 😉

Stopped in for a couple of drinks and chips after being on the road all day and the midnight cashier was rude as can be. Huffin and puffin every time someone walked in or got cocky when someone brought something to her attention. Definitely won't be a stop on route anymore.

I called to order potato cheese bites and was told 25 minutes. I worked at casey's for 2 years, they only take 6 to make. But I waited patiently and went in the store 25 minutes later. I waited around for almost 5 minutes before someone in the kitchen acknowledged me. They told me no one had called to order anything . I was upset because I doubled checked I had the right number. Told me it would be a 7 minute wait. I was on lunch and had no time to wait so I just decided to grab a slice of pizza. There were no labels on any slices and no time stamps on the bottom like they are supposed to have. I asked the lady back in the kitchen if the top shelf was cheese and she said yes. I sat down in my car, took a bite and noticed it was actually ham. I'm a vegetarian. I called and all they could say was oh, we have a new guy today. Sorry. I'll pass on this place

This is the worst Casey's I've ever been to. It is constantly out of items like water, monster and xyience. If it happened occasionally I'd understand but it happens weekly. And they don't restock until days later. Last week I went there 2 days in a row and waited a day to go again and they were out of waters and almost every monster. Today I went in and once again out of nearly all monster varieties, out of all but 2 water bottles and were serving regular pizza and not breakfast pizza at 9am. Much better places to go and Casey's to go. I'll try to avoid this place in the future.

The cashiers are friendly. Prices are reasonable. Casey's is famous for pizza. Their bacon breakfast pizza is the best.

Had grand daughter with me when we stopped at West Ave. store ....CLEAN BATHROOMS AND CLEAN SMELLING TOO...and they were busy ..That tells me.that they work their tail off to keep it nice.......Ordered a breakfast pizza for lunch and it was really THE BEST PIZZA WE HAVE EVER HAD IN MY WHOLE 55 YEARS ...AND I AM VERY PICKY...Employees were very friendly and helpful...CAN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS...5 STARS FOR CASEYS ON WEST AVENUE...YOU COULD REALLY SET AN EXAMPLE FOR THE OTHER CASEYS TO FOLLOW...BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL....YOU REALLY NEED TO GET GLUTEN FREE PIZZA CRUSTS ... 7/13/2013 10:30 am

Worst gas station I've been to it's always out of things...I'm not even picky about things sometimes I just want a bottle of water and they are out of everything except the expensive water so I always end up paying more for something just because I don't want to go to another gas station...I just need to remember not to come to this one in the first place.

Last time I shopped here the bathroom was FILTHY. This means the staff is too lazy to do their job and keep it clean. Filthy bathroom means filthy store.
