Bargains Bargains Bargains! That's my Big Lots! Everytime I turn around I find something else I like or want! This is my go to wish store! They literally have everything from A-Z they even sell furniture! I got my new bed pillows there for a really good price! Be wary though somethings aren't as they appear but the there're always changing up the stock, so if you see something you want better grab it then cause it can be gone tomorrow 😉! I love Big Lots!

Employees are always friendly and very helpful. They go out of their way to greet new customers, see if they can help you find what you're looking for, locate different items for you. They always have a smile and great attitude. I love this store. The selection of items in their stock varies and never gets old or boring.

They had great holiday bargains. I would normally take one star away because a fall item rung up full price and wasn't caught. However, associate Lori, was an asset that happily answered questions about fireplaces that my brother wanted to know. Will certainly be back HOPEFULLY for the fireplace.

The workers at this location are always so nice and friendly. They helped us get set up with a new bed and mattress set and walked us through their awesome leasing program. I will always choose this Big Lots location! I highly suggest Big Lots for furniture at a good quality and easy payment options.

Very good prices and mostly helpful service. As long as you watch out for interest rates, if so chose the payment plan option. If you apply for the big lots credit card just make sure you pay within a certain amount of time the full bill and you won't pay interest!!!

So many nice things for the home, personal use, etc. for fantastic prices! I love Big Lots and always find something I need. The folks working here do a good job of keeping everything organized!! They are also pretty friendly, Jolene in particular has always been a pleasure to talk to while checking out!

They have such a friendly staff. Jean the manager is the best!! She and her staff have always gone above and beyond for their customers. Always greeted with smiles from everyone. I have never had a bad experience at the Burlington Big Lots!!

I love this place. Lots of things that you can't find and other stores, especially food items. This is the only store I can find my favorite pickles in which are imported from Germany. If you're looking for one-of-a-kind items or those special items that you've come to know and love this is a wonderful shop.

Lots of empty shelves and many items are not priced at all. I had not been to Big Lots in several years. Prices used to be lower than other big box stores. Now they are priced exactly the same or higher than Menards or Lowes. Big disappointment, no purchases made. Dont waste your time.

Visit was fine. Always like the store and products and prices. Employee i think assistant manager not customer friendly. Waited a while to be checked out. Assistant manger more interested in going home than help check customers out of the store. Check the clock 3 times before opening register to check me out of the store. Snapped at me for setting on the un-used cash register counter waiting to be checked out. Hope she has some good time of over the 4th of July holiday and can come back happier and more customer friendly!🇺🇸

I was amazed to find some great bargains here. Not everything is a good deal, but their coconut oil is the cheapest I have seen and they carry the large size. Also, they have dried fruits with no added sugar. I bought the dried mulberries here. Staff was polite and efficient. A lot of people are not aware that they sell furniture here.

I can say that it doesn't look like it is doing well they're not what they used to be not much inventory it just seems to me that they're not getting any biasness so with in the next couple of years I see it going out of biasness so with that being said not much to it

I have never been to Big Lots before this and I am very happy I did because I really enjoy shopping here. The people are friendly and the treasures you can find are great. I know that I will continue shopping here!

Not much more to offer than other Big Lot stores. The isles are really narrow and hard to maneuver the shopping cart. The furniture department is too big and overly spacious and bright for hat furniture they have to offer. It almost seems like 2 separate stores.

The building is definitely aging but lots of fun aisles to wander through and interesting finds and many items that are great buys. I love the selection of shelf stable foods.

Bought a bunch of stuff, put it on my credit card... asked for quarters and was told by the manager i had to buy more in order to open the register. Dollar store had no problem assisting me, they earned my future business.

Julie from Big Lots was incredibly rude to us when we returned an item that was not as it was pictured on the box... the customer service was embarrassing and incredibly condescending. Good tbing Hobby Lobby is right across the street!

My go to store for one stop shopping, it looks like a small dollar type store, but it is packed full of quality and name brand items at a discount. The employees are friendly, the store is clean and easy to navigate.

Received a gift that was bought there and i wanted to exchange for dif color. They WILL NOT exchange or return without a receipt so make sure u keep urs or at least get a gift receipt!!!!!! Dislike

This is the place that has everything from furniture to everyday items. Whether it's seasonal items, clothing, household, or grocery needs you're bound to find it here. It's like a smaller version of a Walmart without the corporate feel. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I bought a mattress and box spring last year. The salesman said that he would give me a deal on a used boxspring. I took the deal but it broke in several places about two weeks later. I just bought a new one last week and noticed that it had the word "Defective " written on the bottom. I never noticed it before. I went to talk to a manager about it and she said that it wasn't her managing then an that I should have came in after it broke and that there was nothing I can do.
