My best friend..found her at 6 weeks abandoned from her mother, near death, took her in and nursed her back to life. Her and I have a connection that only some would understand. 11 years later she has head multiple ear problems resulting in bacteria eating her flesh away. Multiple vets I tried and then I was told to try the Britt vet clinic. They did blood work, opened her abyss under her ear, clean her inner ear, tried various antibiotics and pain relief and got to the point they referred me to Iowa State because they simply couldn't help her anymore. The other vets...just gave ointment and sent her on her way. Britt vets were honest with me and did the best they could. Thank you so much for your honesty and your care for my Princess Abby Kitty.

I reccomend anyone reading reviews on the Britt Vet Clinic to hit the call button and schedule your pets appointment with them. I'm glad I did when my Vet was out of town. Nothing but good to say about the entire experience.

Wonderful people Dr. Diemer is friendly and the staff is excellent. I highly recommend it for pet lovers. My cat Micki had her nails trimmed and the staff treated her great.

Dr. Leslie has been very caring and kind when providing care for my diabetic dog. Her and her staff were also very patient and kind on his last day. I am very grateful for the care and compassion Dr Leslie showed to both Max and I.

Absolutely love this place Dr. Lancaster is so kind and gentle with our pets. She also explains everything she does or every test she runs, and always asks lots of questions to get a better understanding of pets condition. I've been to many different vets in different towns over the years and she by far exceeds them in compassion and understanding that each pet is an individual and not just another patient.

Dr. Leslie Lancaster was just awesome with our new lab puppy Finn!I have never had a very spend so much quality time checking him out and giving him second round of shots. You tell she loves her job and animals.

Was disappointed that the receptionist couldn't tell me why, during my dogs dental cleaning, they had to pull a molar. I'm not angry in any way, just bad customer service for an otherwise top notch vet clinic in my.opinion. When I asked upon picking up my dog the answer the receptionist gave was, "I don't really know. "

I received a call back from the vet Dr Deimer before 7am when my dog was sick. We agreed on a treatment plan but when he had further symptoms 1 1/2 hours later he was able to see him within 15 minutes.
