A grocery such as this store deserves to be supported by the citizens surrounding it. I come from 30 miles away to go to my nearby cabin. I always do my shopping here, I may have driven by a dozen places to buy my groceries, but I shop here. Like many things in life, if you don't use them, they go away.I actually prefer shopping at Britt Foods to Hy Vee or the like. The spices are well thought out, fresh and are much more economical than chain grocers.The meats are also fresh and seem to be cut that day..

Local grocery store, not a chain, so prices are a bit higher. They don't always have enough people to be checkers, so you may run into a bit of a wait, especially between 5 and 7 pm. Not the greatest selection, but they certainly have the basics.
