Ledges Farm Dog Camp came through for us on short notice when we had a negative experience with a pet sitter. All staff we spoke with were very patient, kind, and understanding of our situation. Our two dogs got to go on 4-mile nature hikes for an additional price (regardless, dogs get fenced in outdoor playtime at least 4 times per day) and they also offer a service with a sister business (I think?) that does bathing and grooming. Our dogs were safe, well cared for, and we even got a cute pic while we were away. Pricing is very affordable for the services provided. One of our dogs is timid and slow to warm up to people, and they just let her have her space and went at her pace. Worked out perfectly! Thanks Ledges Farm Dog Camp!

My dog is always happy to go here. One thing i wish was different is that I had photos of him being his authentic psycho self. However, he is never put off by the drive up, even once he figures out where we are taking him. A happy pooch is a happy pooch, so I can't complain too much!

Our dogs just got back from a 2 day stay at Ledges Farm Dog Camp and we couldn't be more pleased. We were allowed to bring our more anxious dog out a few days in advance to meet the owner and get a feel of the place. The facility is extremely clean and everything was well organized and run very smoothly and professionally. Our dogs seemed very happy upon pickup. We will definitely be return customers.

Wonderful staff and services provided! My dog seemed to love his time he had here, he was booked for 9 days and had no problems. I highly recommend for all dog boarding needs. Will be returning!

I have always been nervous about boarding my dog but I am so glad I have found this place. Dan is the best! My dog gets so excited when we start pulling down the road and when she sees Dan she runs over and jumps on him with a big "HELLO"! The kennels are large and Dan lets our dog have her own toys in the kennel with her. If your dog has anxiety issues I would recommend paying extra for the long walks. Our dog loved those walks! The first few times we left her there Dan would even text me pictures of her to reassure me she was fine and having fun. It's true the Dog Camp is a little more expensive but the peace of mind is so worth it for me! Can't say enough good things about this place and its owner! You will have no regrets!

Ledges Dog Camp is wonderful for both short-term and long-term boarding! We’ve sent our dog, who is anxious when she’s not at home, several times over the past two years for both a couple days and a couple weeks at a time and she always loves going and playing with the other dogs!

Place appeared clean and well taken care of during a tour 4 days prior to our American Bulldog planned stay. I would say overall they have a lack of experience and understanding with bully breeds and even though visited prior and had met our dog . It was mentioned our dog is strong enough to kill someone, fight to the death etc. which never got mentioned on her visit to check the place out. This was also while my 10 and 5 year old girls were standing right there holding her leash. They proceeded to ask if trained to guard or fight? Which of course is No.When we arrived on a Friday there was no recognition that we had been there Monday for a visit. Our AB is a big girl and is strong she is timid with new faces, touches etc until she feels comfortable with you. On our Monday visit she was letting owner pet her a little within 10-15 minutes especially with his gifts of cheese. I was pleased and felt like this would be a great place for our girl.We left and were called to come pick up our dog 45 min after Friday dropoff as she would not come inside after being in the yard and growled at the kennel crew. The best is when I got back there 45 min drive later my dog was laying down in the office calm as could be with owner and of course super excited to see me as she should be.Our dog has been to Adelhorst Kennels with Anna Child’s several times, washed by Sudsy Dogs and is walked 2-3 times a week by Sally Jensen dog walking service. Never has aggressive been mentioned or a concern.I am disappointed that within less than an hour of a dog trying to acclimate to a new environment, with new faces, smells and other dogs barking that they would not address in a different manner and chalk it up to aggression!I am so very grateful that Adelhorst Kennels was able to help and even meet us at 5:30 AM so we can still make a scheduled flight to Fl on time and with our dog in wonderful hands.

Not enough praise possible for the owner and his employees. We have 3 large difficult dogs and this is the only place we board them, even though it’s sometimes 90 miles the opposite direction from where we are going. I’m not sure I can give a better example of a good recommendation than driving that much extra just to board here.

Such an amazing experience. I was very nervous leaving my fur baby, but he had a great time. We showed up a day early and they were sad to see him go. I know they loved him while I was away!!

Outstanding facility! My dog jumps over me and out of the truck to get to the door first. He doesn't even say good bye to me. He loves Dan and all of the handlers.

Have taken our dogs numerous times. They're always treated very well and come home tuckered out from the visit and the walks. Staff is generally friendly, but for the most part do not remember you or your dogs.
