I live in Ellsworth Ia.my mom passed away, but owns home in Boone. I went into Dollar Tree for stickers for pricing, the clerk went out of her way to help me. The cashier was very helpful and kind. I asked the cashier if it was a new store, because it was so clean and organized. I was very impressed. It lifted my sadness, for a moment! Thank You!

it's dollar tree, you're here either because it's as far as your paycheck will get you or because you wanna buy sponges that aren't $10 for a pack of 3. only 4 stars because the residual dread weighs heavy on your soul.

If I could give a negative rating, I would. The manager on July 3rd was Absolutely disgustingly unprofessional. She was bothered that we were trying to get something off the shelf where she had her cart for restocking shelves. When we tried looking at and squeezed in between the cart and the shelve she grunted at us with a terrible look. When we tried bending down to grab the item it wasn't possible because the cart was on us, so I reached over to move it a foot over and she attacked us with the worst attitude ever (and she's the manager) lucky the wife very politely said ma'am we are just trying to get something- thank you; she didn’t like that but said nothing more. I understand there is a shortage of workers but this was pathetic and to have that as the face of your business is crazy. The only star rating I would give was for the man who rang us out (after the manager was snarling pulling money from his drawer while we waited in his line- he was very polite and friendly. Sadly this woman has ni business working with the general public. All we wanted were some cheap sunglasses to wear boating.

I love that their is always something new every time I go! Don't like that they have stuff sitting in the Isles! It makes it very hard to shop and have social distance! Who ever is the store manager is know but they are doing a great job of getting the store looking a real retail store! They still need to work on getting stuff out of the isles that's sitting on the floor!

I came to Dollar Tree to stock up on supplies for the next few months. I got soaps, toothpaste, cleaning supplies, paper towels and many other things. They had everything on my list. The staff was helpful and the store was clean. I look forward to coming back, although I'm stocked up for the next couple of months, which is good because I don't like to go shopping during the pandemic unless I have to. This place is a godsend.

I called to ask if they had one item in stock she didn’t bother to check. I was explaining what the item was cause every dollar tree has them and she hanged up the phone. Like rude. I was going to buy the whole stock for my nephews but this place should have good workers that has good service.

The Boone Iowa Dollar Tree is probably the friendliest, cleanest and best stocked Dollar Tree I've been in.Let's start with the stock....they put it out ON THE SHELVES instead of leaving it in the box, on a cart, in the isle. Imagine that!Moving on to cleanliness...Floors are swept, product is hung where it should be and ...the door and windows are clean....no goobers!Then there's the friendly, helpful clerks. Always willing to help you find what you're looking for. I purchase a lot of duplicates for my Etsy business and, the clerks always want to know what I'm making now!I can honestly say, the Dollar Tree in Boone, is a premier craft store and one of my favorites. Oh and did I mention, I have to drive 60 miles to get to Boone's Dollar Tree....and I do it because of the above reasons!

Been here three different times now in the last couple months. And the lights have been on and doors locked. It is 1:10pm. Tried to call store no answer. This is the third time this has happened in 2 months. Mind you I drive half an hour just to drive to Boone. This is ridiculous.

I was pleased with the products.My issue is that I was behind an elderly gentleman and he was having a hard time standing in line.I asked if there was another person that could check him out.They said no but I saw 3 other employees in the store. I was not pleased with their inconsiderate attitude about this.You get 2 stars from me for this reason.

Dirty store, dirty bathrooms. Always on temporary hours 10-8 instead of the normal business hours that are advised. Many days they were closed all together “due to illness”Doesn’t make much since. Guess dollar general will get my business
