I like exploring all the different things they sale here. I prefer to only shop here after 4:30pm as the kids who work after school are so helpful and nice. During the day the adults are very unwelcoming and make you feel likea nuisance for just stepping through the door.

Went to Ace for a brass fitting, hose clamps, and seen a role of electrical tape that tickled my fancy. They had exactly what I needed. They always ask me if I need help when walking in the door.

I wish they would carry less stuff that Walmart has. Because they'll never be able to beat the price on grass seed, lawn ornaments or grills. And instead focus more on the home repair and improvement. I think a solid third of the store space is wasted on things Walmart has at better prices. With that extra space they could carry some green treated lumber or composite lumber! Or here's a crazy idea how about a plain black shingle for repairs after storms.

Only employees I seen were young kids that wouldn't have a clue if you needed help with anything no one even asked if needed help. Nothing like other ace's.

I purchased a motorcycle that had only one key. Why can't people keep both keys and hand them over when they sell the bike? I was interested in bringing in buying my own blank from Honda and seeing if they would cut the new blank. They had a blank there and cut it while I waited. It worked fine in the bike. If I get an official key blank for the bike, I will have it cut there.

Super friendly staff, always helpful for all of my odd projects. Prices can be a bit high, but they are conveniently close to the highway and right next to Walmart

Great! They were the only place to have a snowblower in the 3 towns we went too. They were helpful and very friendly. We were very thankful for them as we have a ton of snow and more on the way!

Worst experience in an ace hardware I have ever had! We had a return that took three separate trips to be able to get them to accept it then told me they had to charge me $5 due to the screws appearing to have drywall on them. The service while walking through isles to find anything has been impossible. The only reason why I'm not leaving a 1 star review is there was one gentleman that was very kind that understood my frustration and took care of me until their power tripped frightened acting manager decided to do the same thing for the third time and almost turn me away again! If a store has a return policy I would expect there to be a better way for customers to do so. I will never shop here again I drive 20 mins out of my way to ames to use their ace hardware. Over there is a night and day difference of store quality.

I have been to many Ace Hardwares in many different cities. For the most part it's always a great experience. The Boone Ace is extremely helpful. I'm not the most handy person, but even when I come in with some off the wall problem, they always try to help me. Their rewards program is great and definitely speeds up the rebate process. I highly recommend this business.

I wanted to get a key cut for my car. I have a blank on my remote but they won’t cut one unless I buy a new remote thru them for $138.00. The “owner” made this policy.

Staff was friendly but the prices seem a bit high. They also will not cut a key they don't sell you. So if you bring a blank they can't help you.
