I went today to get porch pots at Wallaces. Elaina and Tracey L were so helpful. Elaina designs the porch pots and they are beautiful. Tracey L helped us so much! She spent lots of time helping me find everything I need. I would highly recommend Wallaces. They have beautiful unique things and wonderful employees.

Not your average garden store. The displays are so beautiful and create a unique experience while shopping. They help you make bouquets, give you advice on plant and yard care and help you with decorations. They even respond to FB messages if you need advice on your yard! We had a diseased willow tree and they were so helpful telling me what was wrong and how to resolve it. If you are visiting from out of town, you should stop in! It will be your new favorite pit stop when you’re in the Quad Cities!

They’re no words to describe the immense amount of good energy and service provided at Wallace. Especially supporting the newly rooted military family. Much appreciated!Despite me being well versed with plants, I don’t know it all and they help with my inquiries: making great adjustments.I nearly had lost jewelry while shopping, and nearly the entire store attempted to help me.Thank you for still striving for excellence and being in touch with your customers; going beyond for their needs.Much obliged from the bottom of my heart. Very cute local place with a great selection of seasonal things. House plants are pretty and without bugs or anything. Different varieties than you can find elsewhere locally.

The store displays are.awesome. The employees are incredible! I needed some plants for a Christmas project. I went into the store ignorant, never ever planting a flower. The two young ladies working with the Cactus plants assisted me in choosing the plants and took the time to educate me on planting them. Customer service with patience and smiles. The cashier went the extra mile, carefully wrapping the plants. A great team. Great Garden Center.

Stopped at Wallace’s to primarily get some of their great apples. Some for baking & some for eating. They were excellent! Totally different than what you can get at the grocery store.

We go here every Christmas and in the spring and summer for our garden needs. They make the cutest Christmas arrangements. I personally buy my greenery from here every Thanksgiving weekend. This store is soooo adorable. Fun place to look around and shop. It's even a place you can bring your kids as they have many things for them to do. Free popcorn & drink, corn bin to play in and sometimes even a train. In the spring they have the best selection of plants. I forgot to mention every year we take a girls family photo. 🤣. It seems like this year a few caught on and brought there whole family. They have the best arrangements for people so it looks like a phone shoot!

Gigantic selection of plants and garden decorations. We found a Yucca that we couldn't find anywhere else. Employees are very friendly and helpful. I'm definitely shopping there again.

The store is beautiful and always love going there to look at the displays. However, we have not found certain nursery staff to be helpful or personable. I had to call today for a price on a specific item because when we were there we could not read the tag. The person who answered the phone was very rude and acted very bothered saying "we dont shop over the phone" it's their busy time of year. I wasnt asking her to shop for me i needed a price on an item that they didnt have marked properly. She took my name and number and told me they would call me back but it may not be today. I was very put off and disappointed. May not return or purchase anything from there again.
