Marty in the garden department is a true gem. I am new to the area and not used to such a different variety of plants and he took the time to help me find just what I needed. He gave me additional resources so I could continue searching for good information. So far, everyone there has been incredibly helpful, but Marty made me feel like family. I'll be going back to see "Uncle" Marty for all of my gardening needs this season.You'll know who he is by the awesome hat and great smile!

I tried leaving a compliment on the home depot website so hopefully the staff would received recognition but that seems hard to find. I believe her name was Sandra and her co worker did an amazing job helping us buy our stove! They where knowledgeable and friendly. They made the whole process really easy!

I was unable to apply my military discount for my purchase. Store associate was less than helpful with the situation and I have used it on other purchases there. Had to give up due to lack of time. Please either make it easier to get this discount or do away with it...

As a carpenter. And having my own Carpenter business. I have been in the trades for 25 years. And ever since 2019 every hardware store is a flop. Home Depot is up at the top of the list. If something is going to be wrong. It's definitely going to go wrong at home Depot. With little to no accountability.

As Home Depots go, this is one of them. Like most Home Depots, in my experience, this one seems to have poor inventory control, as the actual stock seldom matches the app or website.When I was here during the day, the interior sermed unusually dark. I heard an employee mentioned something about a problem with the lights, you'd think they would have the parts and labor to fix that kind of thing here.I find it odd that the vehicle loading area is chained off and they don't seem to like vehicles going in there, so I'm not exactly sure why it's there.

Greg one of the managers is beyond rude! Ordered a door that came in wrong 3 times and the next time it came they delivered it to me for free because of all the useless trips I made. They left me a damaged door! I loaded it up and they tried to blame me however the delivery guy admitted that it was damaged when he left it. Greg argued with me about a refund as I was completely done at this point and just wanted to go somewhere else. It took over 2 hours to convince them to give me the money back and I had to get loud to do it. Cannot believe they would give me a damaged door and try and force me to accept it! Had it not been for an honest delivery guy I’d be screwed! Greg told me he wasn’t supposed to say anything! That guy is a shyster!

They need to seriously change their phone system. I needed to speak with the Garden Center and the main number refuses to answer the phone so I can be connected to Garden Center. I live 45 minutes away and with traffic an hour. It’s so frustrating!! Lowes and Menards customer service / phone system is Excellent Home Depot needs to make some changes because it’s causing them to lose customers. Fix your phone system Home Depot It’s Horrible!!!!!!!!🤔

No military discount even after your show your ID, unless you register for an account. Anywhere else in America you can show your ID and that’s all it takes. Lowes for example makes it just that easy.

This store has poor selection of laminate and vinyl flooring, does not carry samples, and samples must be ordered online and ARE NOT FREE. Who does that???There's a reason I'm a Menards customer--Home Depot is a joke.

Had delivery bring a fridge, stove, and dish machine. They bailed without telling us they were leaving and left the old dish machine and failed to set the fridge! We had to reschedule for the following week since apparently calling them to come back and finish the job they said they would do is too much to ask of home depot employees.

I wish zero stars was an option. I bought a gas stove that was supposed to be delivered Saturday first between 8-12, then from 2-6. Well then they cancelled and won't be able to deliver four days. So I won't have a stove till Tuesday. The store mod Katina was rude, condescending and extremely unhelpful as she offered to have it rescheduled for a week. Greg was much help either. This is the 2nd time I've bought appliances from them to have them screw up the delivery. Seriously I wish I could give them zero stars. I will never buy appliances from home Depot again. It has been the worst customer service experience yet.

I met a Lady in the parking lot who had advertised on FB Marketplace for a few blouses, we hit it off so well that we are FB friends now! In the past I have been to Home Depot and it was wonderful. The front desk was able to tell me exactly where to find things that I was looking for and the employees on the floor were of great help! II sat down and ordered my kitchen cabinets and counters from there when we were re-doing the entire house. We picked out new windows, doors, drywall, green board for in the bathroom along with cabinets, counters, paint, a triple mirror medicine cabinet, all sorts of things and there was always someone around to help us out!It made things go so much better and easier for us! A really great place for working inside the house and also for working my gardens outside of the house! I highly recommend Home Depot!

I’ve always loved Home Depot but…. A year ago (2022) - we ordered brand new washer and dryer from Hime Depot. Have had issues with both since then. Most recently- we had the dryer vent (inside to outside house) cleaned because the dryer kept saying ‘check your vent’. The dryer vent itself was ok. Called in a ‘Dryer Vent Pro’ - after a half hour- they found a stuck coke bottle in the main vent. It had to be put there by the ‘hired’ installer. They said the dryer was not hooked up correctly.

Been to a lot of retail stores and Home Depot’s this store has problems with inventory all over store and most of the isles you couldn’t even push a cart down because everything piled in the isles every where . Rude employees that did not want to help I left and drove to another store 40 miles out of my way . I will never go back to Stu’s store

This store is a great store for anything you might need. I went there to buy mini blinds and a large shrub. I asked the lady at the garden center a couple questions about the plant and she said she knew nothing about any plants. The employees inside the store were friendly and k ee answers to my questions.

This is the third time we are facing issues with home depot orders. The person who processed our order did not add the stacking kit and the delivery was canceled because they could not stack our washer/dryer. We ordered the stacking kit on the same day and they updated the delivery note, we were charged but they canceled the delivery again. When we contacted the store, we were told that we did not order the kit and don't have an updated order. When we order something aren't they supposed to create a new order or update the old one? If they missed that part, how are we responsible and why are they canceling our delivery for their mistake? How long are we supposed to wait to get our washer/dryer delivered. I will NOT RECOMMEND this store to anyone.

I'm not a frequent visitor to any home improvement or construction warehouse stores. I currently live in an apartment (might be changing that soon, hopefully) and the only real interest that brings me somewhere such as Home Depot is to get whatever gardening supplies I'll need every late spring (usually amount to one trip total per year). This day, though, I had some last minute Christmas shopping to take care of for a family member that does need tools and hardware for his hobbies, so a trip to this Home Depot became necessary.Given the weather conditions at the time (super cold and windy) I was able to park close to the store and get in quickly. There were plenty of carts available at the entrance, so I got one and headed in to shop.I'm trusting the readers of this review have been to a hardware/construction store in the past, so I won't linger on the details of the layout and contents of this location long. If I had to quickly summarize, much like any other retail establishment, items are laid out in aisles by type and use, allowing for easy navigation by patrons. This store is no different in this description. Nothing was especially bad or good about the store layout at this location - it works.I knew I wanted to get my brother a grinder and replacement discs and was quickly able to locate those. While pondering over another possible tool, an associate happened by and asked if I needed help. I described my situation and he recommended another tool that would likely be useful to my brother, in this case a reciprocating saw. I opted to get one and several replacement blades and thanked him for his help.I opted to try the self checkout on my way out. There were two cashiers there to help with the entire experience, which went smoother due to their effort. They ensured I was not only checked out, but also got a gift receipt as requested.I'd summarize my visit to the home Depot thusly - they had great associates who were receptive and attentive to my particular needs and questions and the whole experience was quite quick and painless. I look forward to coming back here potentially in the spring for gardening implements. Thanks for being a great part of the community Home Depot!

Generally can get what I want. I have also been satisfied with finding staff to answer questions about products. My one complaint is that I hD a delivery in which they were suppose to get signature but driver refused to get signature and just dropped my two items by my garage. When approached he claimed he did not need me to sign and therefore just placed them outside. Luckily I was teleworking and heard him delivering my goods...otherwise anyone could have stolen my purchases had I not been home.
