We've been loyal longtime customers until today. Had a 7:30am appointment scheduled for months, and our dog wasn't even touched yet when I drove there to check on her at 11:45. I was told "other dogs got moved ahead". It's good to know other dogs are more special and important than ours and got to be cut first while ours was locked in a kennel for 4 hours. I relieved her of being in the kennel by taking her with me, not being cut, but no dog deserves to be treated that way. We will not be back.

I have had many great experiences here with my mainecoon cat Jasper. They give him a lions cut once a year and always do such a great job. It’s very hard to find places that do cats, and these guys do an amazing job!

I took my 10 yr old long haired cat here for a bath and sanitary cut, it was done so well! He smells so good now and is all cleaned up.He has pretty bad arthritis. I know that they were gentle with him because he didn't seem sore afterwards, not even a little bit!It only took them from 7:30 to just after 10am. Quick service at a great price! I will be coming back here again.

Very dirty and smelly. I don't think they clean every day because I brought my dog in as a walk-in for a nail trim right when they opened. Great job on trimming my pups nails but just not very clean.

Always a great grooming expeir3mce for my doggies. Very professional and the services are great and the price is right. Never a problem there. Something different about this place versus others... I drive 30 minutes to take my dogs there, passing at least 5 or 6 groomers along the way.

I have a long haired cat and he was very matted in his belly and lower chest. Along with grown out fur in his paw pads. I took him in for a first groom ever and was nervous because I didn’t know how he’d act. After 45 minutes they called and said he was done. When I got home his belly was shaved and that’s it. Claws weren’t trimmed nor his paw pads shaved. They said he wasn’t really happy which I completely understand since he’s 6 and I just adopted him in January.. but they charged me $45 for a shaved stomach and nothing else was done that I had asked for. I called snd they told me to bring him back to get his nails trimmed but he’s too fussy and I know it’ll just be a hassle

Took our 7 month old labradoodle in for her first grooming and she looks great! It takes special attention and patience to do the first grooming and it took a while but they did excellent. Thanx!!

Took my 8# shitzhu in for grooming at 9:30 am…..dog is 12+ years and crippled since birth…back legs lack strength…I called twice to check on him..told we ahead as to shave him.he had some snarls that wouldn’t brush out..he’s fine..resting with 5 blankets wrapped around him….finally I just went to groomers unannounced after 5 hours….he did not look like a happy shitzu…he was shaking scared and his proud tail and cute face were almost hairless…he looked like a chihuahua. So disappointed and I don’t believe they should be training groomers if this is a routine.

I have been taking my dog here consistanty for about a year now and I will not go anywhere else. My dog was a rescue and has always been skittish other people, but has always been great with going to Pampered Pets. They are very good with the animals and he is treated well. I also LOVE the bandanas they put on him after he is groomed. There is no better place to go in town. I highly recommend it.

I've had 2 of my dogs groomed here and both of them have had dry skin issues afterwards They would scratch like crazy. I think sometimes they blow dry them too hot. Price is a bit high for the level of work.

We have been taking our dog to Lori (owner) of Pampered Pets for about 2yrs now and she is the best in the Quad Cities!! Our dog gets very anxious and never liked her hair cut, would give other groomers trouble and bite. Some places wanting to use muzzles even. The last groomer even cut her throat requiring our dog to get stitches making her even more terrified to get her hair done:( I decided to try Pampered Pets since it was close to home and will never go any where else again! Staff is friendly & "Dog" friendly! I think Lori is the Dog Whisperer!!🐶🐶

Had the worst experience today. We dropped our dog off at 9:30.Wewent back around 12 bc it usually takes 2 1/2 hours. They told us she would be done at 1:00...go to pick her up and they said oh she won't be done till 2:30 now. So that means my dog was sitting in a cage for at least 4 hrs when she could have been at home. courtesy call would have been nice. We Will never go back.

Friend had to take her dogs to the vet after because they injured their paws/nails, didn't clean ears as paid for and dogs didn't smell remotely clean. Horrible customer service/rude.

We been going to dog groomers for many years.I am so impressed with Chantelle at Pampered Pet.She does both our dogs bichon frise & maltese.I call Chantelle an artist,because both of our dogs are so beautiful like they are sculptured to detail & pitch perfect.That takes years of experience.I like the communication Chantelle always listens to us and she loves what she does.I hope Channel never leaves.Best Ever.I'm a fan.

Have a very sensitive blue heeler, she is a rescue with occasional serious co dependency issues. I was amazed at how Lori handled her. This place cares about animals and owners alike. Oatmeal conditioner and deshed treatment was the best yet!

This is the best groomer i have found. My dogs are in and out. They do not sit there all day. Definitely recommend trying them out!

I appreciate thier positive attitude, Too many places I go have people with bad attitudes, not here. They did a great job. Plus they now have a sweet picture of my dog in the lobby.
