We absolutely love this place! We travel for work and it is always so hard to find a good groomer. This is by far the best we've ever been too! Our little Pomeranian absolutely loves the two ladies who run this shop. They do a wonderful job and are extremely thorough, and wonderfully priced. Our pup has never looked better.

Definitely do not recommend this place. Just asked if my lab could get in for a grooming and they said they aren’t taking in any new customers unless they are under 40 lbs. They say, and I quote “ It’s honestly just gotten too hard on our backs, bodies, and grooming equipment.” Why even have a business if you can’t seem to do the work and allow all kinds of dogs… even the ones who aren’t “frequent customers” When you look on there page you can see numerous “large” dogs (Labs, St. Bernard, Golden Doodles, Great Danes, etc). We have even used there boarding facility a few times and was very pleased! They have even groomed the dog we are asking about once before. Safe to say we will be taking our dogs elsewhere.

A local gem! The staff take great care of my dogs grooming needs, plus offer a lot of items to keep them happy and healthy. Prices are very reasonable, plus I don't have to drive out of town. Highly recommend!

denied one of our dogs because they don’t want to be worn out and it “has gotten too hard on their backs and grooming equipment”. what’s the point of having a grooming business if your not willing to do the work and deny certain dogs? don’t recommend this place.

Carrie is wonderful with our dogs and very knowledgeable on all things canine! Our anxious little cavalier is happy to go and trusts Carrie. Our lab also enjoys getting her nails trimmed there. Happy to drive from Dubuque knowing our dogs get the best care in Bellevue!
