Definitely five stars. Unable to find what I needed locally, I began looking online for some 90 degree downspout elbows. Gutterworks had what I needed, and at a reasonable price compared to other sources.Even though I only ordered 4 items, their office staff called me to confirm my shipping address, and the order placed and shipped the same day. My order shipped on a Wednesday, and arrived Friday morning, with exactly what was ordered. I appreciate their excellent customer service for even a small order.I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Great Iowa company with fair pricing, good products, and fantastic customer service. Ordered some extension latches to hold up my downspouts when I'm mowing. They work MUCH better than the velcro that was originally installed. Got the order quickly and was missing a piece, and they got that to me the next day. Great customer service and quick response.

I had a complex downspout issue for two downspouts coming from gutters and needing to turn short 90 degree corners and convert from A to B to go down a deck post. I had tried several options by matching pieces from other companies, but nothing worked in the space available. When I found Gutterworks, I found the perfect solution at a very reasonable price. The company was quick to respond to my request for a variation for an offset with A on the upper end and B on the lower end. Once ordered at a price that was unbelievably low, the items shipped quickly and I was able to complete my DIY project the following weekend. If I ever need gutter products again, I will order from Gutterworks and readily recommend them to friends and others with gutter needs.

Great product, reasonable price. Relatively easy installation, some areas hard to work with due to 20 + year old shingles and gutters. Just finished 260 + foot installation in one day, working alone.. Shipping damaged two panels with the staples used to close the boxes, I ordered extra for the in cases that arise. Will definitely recommend the 'Speed Screen'.

This company has excellent customer service and responds promptly when a question is submitted via their website. I absolutely love their elbow flip-up hinges with Velcro tabs for the downspout extensions. It is extremely simple to flip up and secure when cutting the grass and trimming the area around the downspouts! I am going to order and try out their downspout silencer.

I order 9 elbows and 3 down spout tubing.Unfortunately,I miss the size.I inquired about returns and was told the cost of shipping is more the the cost of the order. What I have an issue with is : I only paid $25 to have it shipped to me.So, I have to create the utilization of this expense to keS ep the spouse happy.MAKE SURE YOU FIRST TIMERS GET IT RIGHT.I received a phone call from the GM. His problem solving is totlly AWESOME!!!!

There was a little mix up with Inside &/vs Outside valley guards, but their helpful manager helped me straighten things out. Would recommend calling rather than ordering online if you need a corner guard/fence. Great customer service if need be.

I was looking for an unusual solution for a gutter downspout. I contacted their customer service. They responded promptly asking for more details. I drew them a picture of the situation. They suggested a combination of A and B elbows. I'm very pleased with them and would definitely do business again.
