This use to be my number one stop. Not now, if I could give negative 10 stars I would have. First there never was paid parking here, well there is now 50 paid spots owned by the parking scum club; also known as the truck parking club. Truck parking club as advertised we are for truckers, we are making all new parking spots.. not!!!!! We are moving into truck stop and creating paid parking spots. Little nice restaurant gone. Will never stop here.

Inside of the store is fine, food isn't bad and the showers are okay. Two stars only because I frequent this truck stop. Every single time I stop to get fuel the pumps are slower than a herd of turtles stampeding through peanut butter and have been for the last couple years. It should not take 25 minutes to pump 135 gallons. If it persists ill just take my fuel purchases elsewhere.

Since Eagle's Landing took over this place it is gone downhill and fast. This evening I tried to get fuel at the very last pump at the diesel island. It took 30 minutes to get 100 gallons. I tried going inside and asking for them to come out and look at it. In which they gave me a nonchalant reply (which made me think they did not care about it) and I quote "I guess the filters need replacing sorry". What kind of customer service training do you give to your employees to have them give the "oh well" attitude. This used to be a good place I'm going to go somewhere else from now on.

Great place!! The guy at night I think something is wrong with him mentally, so as long as you ignore that you'll have a great time!! Plenty of parking at anytime and Taco John's is always my favoriteBe careful and check dates on products, I don't believe the staff here are

With Wendy’s coming I thought there was a little more hope…I have been stopping here for six years now on my way out to the west coast weekly. When I first started to park here in 2018 it was a very clean rest stop. But now unfortunately it’s a wreck. Restrooms are generally always filthy, trash cans overfilling which causes animals to rip them apart. Yeah the snow isn’t plowed the best in the lot but you also don’t need to go speeding through it, but may I add, taco johns and Wendy’s have been fairly clean every time I go in. I’ll correct the rating of my review when it seems the owner of this stop takes more pride in their property.

This truck stop has went completely paid to park yet no break for buying fuel here in the parking price. If my company didn't have me stopping here for fuel, I wouldn't stop for that anymore. Inside will never get another dollar of my business though.

And in to take a break and use the facilities I walked into women’s bathroom and literally threw up the smell in there was horrid. it wasn’t a smell someone had just left, this was a bad lingering odor.The ladies at counter seemed to be nice I didn’t get anything there but I saw them traveling through the store and they seemed to be good counter help.

We have stopped at this place for decades when it was Wings America. We stopped there today, 4-28-24, and immediately left. Pilot took it over and completely ruined it. We'll NEVER stop there again. Wish there were negative stars to leave as a rating.

One of the best flying j's I have been to. Well stocked store. Clean, really friendly and helpful staff. Clean Bathrooms and showers! L9ve the awesome water pressure and HOT water!!! All the staff I dealt with was really friendly, but Terry, she was cleaning the showers, and has a wonderful smile and disposition!! Super friendly and really working her booty off! Thank you!!!!

This place does not appreciate the Business.. the fact that the parking lot was nearly MT mid morning .. made me think I could get in and get out with a sensitive schedule… but little to my liking I found that waiting for a shower ended up like a Waite for UBER.. 7 people in line and no one on site to clean the showers apparently.. Dysfunctional and unorganized.. won’t be stopping here again with a good expectation.. matter of fact think I will fuel up next one down the road ..

Always found parking here, even in the middle of the night! The parking lot, and slight incline coming into it, can be a disaster with ice/ruts. Thats just seasonal obviously, and this winter has been mild. Bring back the vape store though!!

I've never had a good experience here. The staff has been very off-putting every time I've made the mistake of pulling in to their post apocalyptic driveway. They don't participate in deals or coupons for flying j, and prices are not competitive.

Well don't plan on doing Laundry, the machines don't work. $2.50 each Washers are not going through cycles and they are Nasty Dirty. $2.50 each Dryers they don't dry, Service guy gave extra quarters to try again and same results MACHINES DON'T WORK, WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. This place needs UPDATED for as much Business as it gets This is Unacceptable.

Great place up until they took the maid rite and sit down restaurant out just to put in the burger restaurant with the absolute worst Fry's in the country6 miles west is a loves with a McDonald's in it if you absolutely need a Wendy's burger but get McDonald's Fry's if you want to be able to eat themMy dog won't even eat Wendy's Fry's

Don't particularly care for the Pilot Corp. Long story not into a Corp who is not concerned about O/O bottom line. Anyways the young lady who was dancing and singing on a Sunday morning was very pleasant. Also the shop out back was closed and the guy answering the 24/7 Line really needed a new line of work

Parking lot a disaster. Got stuck by pumps. A plow truck want 100 dollars to pull me out so I could purchase fuel and DEF. Have relay corporate wireless credit card, they did not accept it. Was told the screens on pump don't work. Tried 2 different pumps, found on one that worked. Never again.

My husband and I stopped here to only get coffee. He is an OTR truck driver and I'm always with him if I can be. So we get coffee from the automated coffee pot bc there was none made in any of the coffee pots. After that we look at a few things while so a guy with a backpack on walks in the door my husband saw him. The guy starts sticking things in his pockets and following us around in the store. My husband said out loud if he don't stop I'm fixing to confront him. We go to check out and he walks up behind us close. My husband told the cashier THATHAD PURPLE PINKISH HAIR TO GO AHEAD AND GET THAT GUY BC WE KNEW SOMEthing was up.They started saying BANANA back and forth extremely loud so he checked out left store. We paid for our stuff and walked out to the truck and was pulling out of parking lot and my husband looked back and the guy with the backpack was at the counter talking to cashier like they we're in on it together. I wrote this to warn others that stop there to be very careful and alert of what's going on around you and TO LET THE OWNER KNow what's going on. The cashier had purple pinkish hair looking like a druggy. She was telling customers how she just lost both parents and after they left she would start dancing and throwing her arms up like it was just some big party or something. YOU THE OWNER SHOULD WATCH YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER. We won't be back. Being victims of identity theft you watch and pay attention to things more.Thanks have a good night!🤪

1 star simply because it's almost 2025 and some places still force customers to use quarters for Laundry. The registers don't even ask if you want cash back either according to the worker. So no way to do Laundry unless you're 50+ years old and still carry loose change. Other trucks stops use CSC scan and pay. Idk. Just sick and tired of living in a technological age and still being subjected to ancient ways and tech. Smh. Sick of it. We leave in a high speed world now. Get with the fn program this isn't the 70s or 80s.

This place has changed for the better since my last review 9months ago. The restrooms were much cleaner and the water was hot instead of cold. Yhe sinks are better and the damaged mirrors all replaced. The giftshop was removed and the store section expanded in its place.They removed the awful vape shop and replaced it with a wall of refridgerated beverages.

They got rid of their restaurant with the home cooking. 😩 Now they're just a larger Pilot. Fast food only. There's far better places to do a 34.I travel the Nation and hear endlessly that "restaurant receipts don't justify keeping it open". But that's a fragmented approach. The sit-down restaurant is a draw for long haulers. They sit and buy 4-6 meals a reset.Get rid of that and they go elsewhere to get that service.That alters your clientele more in service of locals who just park and go home. No/ little income there. Soon the reputation gets around you're just a free parking lot for locals and even more OTR drivers avoid.Almost every failed truck stop has started . . with getting rid of services that draw OTR drivers.The restaurant is the DRAW that pays off elsewhere in customers who need all your other various services and are not just taking adventage.

Everytime I've stop here it's always real busy and was disappointed with SubWay closed down till they find ppl to work. But when you drive 735 miles and have a few mins on your clock , you have to stop .... I had no choice 😔
