Stopped here for coffee while in town. They served up the best iced latte I've ever had. Iced soy latte with vanilla, to be specific. My wife also commented that her nonfat hazelnut latte was the best she's ever tasted. So a full five stars to you, Arnold's Perk! I'm sad we live so far away and probably won't be back. You'll live on in our hearts forever.

Arnold's Perk was my favorite part of the trip! delcious drinks, bakery items and breakfast items as well. even though the girls were extremely busy and highly understaffed, they helped every customer with a smile. give these gals a raise! the interior is super cute as well. very unique & lots to look at. seating available inside and outside.

The place was packed but the line moved quickly. Employees were friendly and helpful. Food was great as well as the coffee. This place is definitely worth a stop.

TL;DR - A great, reasonably-priced coffee/breakfast spot overall, would recommend.We visited this spot twice during our week-long stay. The first visit would have gotten the place five stars, but we hit a big of a hitch during the second visit. Here's the details.Our first visit we had Lacey help us. She made some amazing recommendations for our coffee drinks, kept our kiddos engaged and even giggling as they selected their frozen hot chocolate, and was overall a great presentation of the place. The food looked and smelled delicious, so we were aching to come back for a cooked breakfast over our hotel's heat-and-eat buffet.Our second visit was for that delicious breakfast. The food was extremely reasonable—$6.99 for an egg meal enough to satisfy me, a 200 lb man. My son loved his french toast, and my daughter spoke of her granola bowl through the drive home.The only reason this didn't get a fifth star is the iced drink they made my wife. It was supposed to be a mocha, but it tasted like bad milk. They placed chocolate sauce along the cup, but not in the espresso itself. When asked, the barista just added more chocolate sauce. To be fair, they were friendly and polite, I think they just didn't know what to do.Overall, though, I would highly recommend this spot. Great prices, great products, friendly folks.

Cute little place with plenty of drunk motions on the menu. The food options seem good too but we didn't try them on this visit. Had 2 lattes to go, the service was quick and prices about average. The drinks were good but the milk was a bit overheated (scolding hot). Once they cooked down they tasted fine.

Warning, this review is not about service or food quality.We went there because it said open everyday including labor day.We got there at 11am, I was cranky and starving, unloaded all the kids, to find lights off and door locked!

Love their cinnamon rolls! This has been a go to spot of ours for breakfast the past few years we have come for vacation. Staff is friendly and they have a nice outdoor seating area. Good variety of breakfast options on the menu so you will probably be able to find something you like!

Great coffee, friendly staff, and delicious food! The food portions were substantial at very affordable prices, plus everything was so delicious! Located right across the street from the Arnolds Park Promenade - great place to visit and sit & relax after walking through the park, or visit here first then go for a stroll :) Breakfast is served all day (we tried the french toast and breakfast sandwich on croissant - so good!). And if you have any questions about the menu, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Definitely, definitely recommend the place!

Nice relaxing atmosphere, awesome coffee and a huge selection of other breakfast items including bakery items, eggs, oatmeal and more. Smoothies were good and their selection of espresso drinks seem endless. Great place to have breakfast with the family or long conversations with friends.

I enjoy going to Arnold's Perk fairly often for an Iced Latte. Very cute decor, and good location. Customer service is just okay. My drinks are also extremely inconsistent. Over all a great coffee shop.

The coffee isn't amazing but the overall experience is. The Summer staff is always welcoming and the atmosphere is great. My wife and I enjoy stopping in every day that we're on vacation at the lakes.*EDIT 7/12/21* This place sucks now.

Perfect place to catch a pick me up after a long night. Power sandwich and a coffee from this place paired with a walk along the beach really does wonders on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Limited seating inside though if it's a warm day already so you may wish to plan accordingly.

For my money the best part of Broadway in Arnolds Park. This is not a late night spot. Get up early, enjoy the walk, and stop at Arnolds Perk for a selection of coffee, a collection of baked goods, smoothies, and prepared breakfast selections.I've not been here to enjoy the lunch selections but I'm sure it is worth the stop. Lots of seating inside and outside with views of West Lake OKOBOJI, the Green Space at Arnold's Park, and a short distance to shopping at the Emporium.

Fun funky place. Fun to see lots of high school kids working. I like the coffee frapp just a blended coffee drink. Yum. I usually go with the chicken ceasar salad. The grilled cheese is really good too.

We love this place!! Every year, we stay in Arnold’s Park for a couple of days. We stop in EVERY morning for a smoothie or coffee. Quick and GOOD!

A relaxing coffee shop with a comfy atmosphere, along with delicious coffee, espresso beverages and pastries. Also has a nice sized patio overlooking all the action along West Lake Okoboji and Broadway street. This place is in the center of it all.

Our favorite place to stop on our morning walks. The coffee is excellent, and the staff is always smiling and friendly. Sit inside, or enjoy the outside tables overlooking the Park and West Lake Okoboji.

Absolutely L❤ve this charming little coffee house, they also serve food. As my friend & I sat outside eating our fresh strawberry feta& almond sliver salad& a beautifully made turkey croissant sandwich, with a Red bull smoothie. We sat under a pretty umbrella while the lake breezes cooled us and looked out at Lake Okoboji & the Emporium. You can also relax inside on a comfy couch with friends or quaint tables. It reminded me of my fun x in Eugene, San Francisco & the boardwalks in SoCal.

I need led to use the internet for some work while on vacation so I found a nearby coffee shop. This cute little place had much more to offer than just Wi-Fi. We thoroughly enjoyed decaf mochas and baked goodies. We stayed so long that we opted for lunch too. The Caprese grilled cheese sandwich was delicious.

Great, love the grog and sandwiches. Always sit outside because of traveling with a dog. They give us a water bowl for the pup if needed.
