Best experience ever!! We went in to look at the chickens and ducks, as that was my son’s birthday wish. As one staff was walking out, he said, “Is there anything I can help you with before I go on my break?” I told him what we were looking for and instead of pointing us in that direction, he walked us over to the pin. Not only that, he opened the pin to show us all of them. Very kindly & calmly. He was SO nice!! (I believe his name was Seth.) we will definitely be going back!! All of the other staff would ask us if we needed any help when they walked by as well. So kind!!

My lawn tractor has a flat tire. TSC thankfully had a replacement tire. They also provided me with some suggestions of where I can take the new tire to have mounted on the rim. Definitely coming back when I’m not pressed for time. So many items, they probably have what you need.

Other stores in the area had crazy numbers of people shopping.. with around 20 people in store when I arrive it was still very easy to social distance and find interest in other things not on my list to buy

I ordered a special feed for my horse but accidentally ordered the wrong kind. I thought when it came in I would need to travel to the store to refund the purchase. Instead I talked to Alex one of the managers I believe and he took care of everything the day it came in and saved me a trip. Always a good experience at this store.

I guess when you pay for two day shipping they still don't ship it in two days. I paid for my stuff over a week ago. I called the 1800 number and they said they can't refund my money. I will be letting everyone know about the customer service. On facebook every store has a page and they will be getting a bad review from me.

This place is the best to just walk around and look. They are also pet friendly, and our dog loves going! They are the only place that carry his favorite bones, pork chomps (in the bone shape). They also have great deals on flannel shirts regularly, which is awesome. Everyone is so friendly at the store and they have dog treats at the checkout!

I was shopping at Tractor Supply in Kirksville, Mo. today and bought 2 long sleeve men's shirts that were supposed to be on sale. After getting home and checking my receipt, I didn't get the sale price. I called them and was told that was an old sale and nobody took sign down! That's not good for business!

The store was clean and pleasant. The staff were engaged and helpful, asking if I required assistance. There were live chicks in the store which occupied the little eyes amoung us. The store had what I was looking for in stock. This agreed with their website which I checked beforehand. I had chosen this store because they had something I couldn't locate elsewhere. Wandering around the store I found some tools and other similar items which prices compared very favorably with Lowe's and home Depot. Other things like barn door hardware we're in stock where they seem to be special order in other stores. This was my first time in the store and I expect I'll be buying from here again.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We were on the road and needed to pick up a part for our trailer on the way to our destination. Called store but not policy to hold a part, so suggested we order online with store delivery. We ordered online and picked up part at designated store. Very easy and smooth process. Definitely will shop there again.

the staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We started using them when we first started out farm. They were able to answer our questions and gave us great advice. They have made me a customer for life. They also will may h competitors prices which is also great.

I primarily pickup food and treats for my dog here. They've got a good selection for a pretty decent price. The employees are incredibly nice always asking if you need help and pointing you in the right direction, or atleast have been everytime I've gone.

I was soo frustrated today, October 22, as I was trying to get a floor-level bag of heavy dog food into a cart to buy. I actually yelled twice for helo but there was none. So I left without it and bought it elsewhere. Very determined not to go back there.

I drive from DM for dog food, good prices, friendly service. John is my favorite. He's very helpful but always makes me laugh. That's important to me, acting like they are happy to see you, rather than doing you a favor.

Nothing bad to say really. Don't have a reason to shop here just yet. Came with my bf for a part.. Which the cashier lady was very nice when my bf kept bringing the same parts back because he'd kept getting the wrong size belt. Ha.

SERVICE WITH A SMILE! Each time I visit this TSC store I leave happier then when I come in! Sometimes, when I’m in a hurry, I order online and pull right up to the gate and Amy brings up my items from the yard with her forklift, loads them up, and bingo I’m on my way!! Whether I come in thru the front door and get help from Jennifer, or Ash, I’m in and out in a fraction of the time it would’ve taken me at any of the “big box” stores, the selection of products is good, quality is great, and prices are fair! And they don’t even charge me for the advise and family counseling I receive when needed!! Thanks Jen! Still miss Pam tho 😊❤️ You all rock!! Mark B.

I love their selections. They are the only ones who have dog vaccinations in stock! Live im Waukee and this was the closest I could find them. Very clean and staff wad supee friendly and helpful.

I went in for cattle medicine, and they had nothing for scours that could be safely used on calves. Then I noticed the chicks, ducks, and turkeys. They were all huddled together, signifying they were cold, and I didn’t see heat lamps. I asked if there was a guarantee on birds (Theisens has a 2 week guarantee). However, Tractor Supply does not have any guarantee. I bought 2 turkeys and 2 ducks. I instantly noticed the turkeys shaking. I put them under heat lamps right away at home and one has already died. I’m really disappointed and concerned for the birds.

I have lived in Ankeny for awhile now. Where I lived before had an Orschelns . .I never bought things from there only emergencies because their prices where about double the price.I was google searching around for a xmas present for my older son and happen to find Tractor Supply had one and cheaper then anywhere else. Then few weeks later found some garage heaters cheaper at Tractor supply so bought 2. They have some great deals. Recommend.

Service was excellent but drive through sucks.. about a 5 foot drop off the loading dock. Don't recommend going slow! Raise hell Praise Dale! YEEYEE!
