I stopped in two weeks ago for my exam and ended up ordering glasses and sunglasses. Miss Bella was Amazing getting them ordered and sized up just right and making sure they were the right ones for me. Yesterday, I picked them up and once again, I couldn’t be happier with the fitting my Cindy and Crystal. The manager, Angie, was there to answer any questions of potential I had and I left with more knowledge than when I stepped in the store. I absolutely love Target Optical and will return for future business.

Fantastic protection program !! See below picture of where my dog chewed my glasses. It was 53.00 for replacement!!! Not sure what the protection cost was that I originally paid but I will be buying it every time i get new glasses! Excellent assistance! Super friendly staff!

The staff that welcomed me in was very inviting and kind. The Dr was very professional and answered all of my questions. Upon reviewing my options and choosing my daily glasses and sunglasses I received both pairs under the projected time frame.Will definitely do business with them again. 💯💥

Have never been to this optical store prior to recently. Always purchased my eyeware from where I received my annual vision test.. Was very impressed with the frame selection, and time frame that I should receive my glasses but what impressed me the most was the employees who assisted in my choices. No pressure, let me ask questions and they took the time to answer them all. I'll be back when I'm in need of any other services they offer.

I am from I out of town and was at a volleyball tournament in Ankeny. While at the tournament a volleyball hit me right in the glasses and bent the frame. I went to Target between games the folks in the Optical department fixed my glasses at no charge and I’m not even a customer. Angela’s team is awesome.

I seriously love Target Optical! I have never worn glasses but my son has had them the last 7 years! They have always been super helpful. They also let me use my HSA card but still honor the 5% discount from target.

The staff here is simply amazing! I have been to optical places before and this is BY FAR the best experience I have had. They took the time to help me with frames, explain everything and give me thier opinions on what they thought. The doctor was the absolute BEST EVER. Bella and Josie- (I hope I have the name right) truly are what makes this place run. If you are thinking about a place to get the best service- This is it!! I would give them all 20 stars if I could!

Stopped in and was in a hurry luckily the staff (Angela and Bella) at the Ankeny, IA target were amazing and very helpful. Especially Angela who helped me get what I needed and sent me on my way. This is my first time using Target Optical. My first pair of lenses came back so bad from whom ever grinds the. I couldn’t even see out of them I didn’t notice till wearing them.. So I took them back they upgraded me, got me knew ones. The customer service has been good. I got my new ones today When I first put them on I didn’t notice but when I got home I notice a small blur. I took a closer look and saw cracks in my lenses. I’m not sure if they were cracked being forced into the frames but I’d imagine so. I am disappointed I didn’t see it when I was there but I swear the lighting in the place hides defects. The customer service has been good. I’m gonna have to take them back yet again and see what they can do. I didn't give a 1 star because the customer service has been good, but having to take them back multiple times is just not a good experience.

I brought my prescription sunglasses in to see if they could be adjusted so I could wear them again. Bella was very accommodating and was doing a great job in getting them to fit when just before she finished they snapped. I told her that I didn’t hold her liable because they were in bad shape already, but she called her manager and they gave me another pair that almost perfectly fit my lenses and saved my glasses. I really appreciated it. Unfortunately when I returned to buy a pair of regular glasses Bella was not working and Crystal filled in and did a great job as well.
