This store is amazing. The only reason I gave it 4⭐️s instead of 5 was because of the men's shirts. Sizes stopped at XL and couldn't find 2XL.The selection of different items is insane. Great deals on kitchen accessories and storage containers.Fair selection of luggage. The men's grooming items and cologne selection is pretty big.

Merchandise is displayed hap hazardly. Prices are good. Aisles are narrow and very hard to shop because of many customers. All in all, I like the merchandise and the prices.

Recently I bought Invicta watch from this store. The watch is beautiful and luxurious. I spotted it at the watch counter, when one of ladies helped me to buy it. I immediately fell in love with this watch. Smooth dial, black color, swiss look, almost like Rolex type of look, but it's not, and moreover affordable price. Im the watch guy, and I like some certain brands of watches, but this watch, I fell in love with since I purchased it. I had to resize the watch band though because of it's original size band and its one of my favorite watch collection. Thank you so for your product. 🙂Most recently, I bought my 2nd Invicta Watch. They are so adorable watches, especially in accuracy. And it’s invincible, that’s correct. I will recommend this brand to anyone. Seriously… because for me, it’s a hustle to always change time for 5 min front, or 5 min back, just to catch up on correct time. I never touched or adjusted time on those watches, except the date dial, but it does not matter. This store deserves 0 stars for their poor customer service. I found an item that I liked and was in need of two of them. I ended up searching and finding a 2nd one of the same exact item but they were marked completely different prices. I went up to the register to ask about the price differences and the manager confirmed in a very rude tone of voice that yes it is the exact same item but that I would be paying the different prices and basically to take it or leave it. Never have I experienced such awful customer service when asking a very simple question. Did not end up buying the items, will be taking my money elsewhere.

I liked this place it was well-organized the store was cleaned. The prices were not all that good a little too high for me especially their clothes section. I thought the women's clothing wasn't my style. I will probably go on there and shop for furniture that's about it.

I hadn't been in one for a while. Clothes were marked pretty well size wise. Lots of purses all the way from inexpensive to designer brands in price. I even found some earbuds for only $14.95, and they work fine. Kitchenware, home goods, and lots more available, but quantities are limited in the departments I was in. The shoe rack in my size was thinly stocked. I was a little disappointed, but the problem could be because of the supply chain currently plaguing most of the country.

How are you going to have more than half of your makeup products open and used, some even broken and all over but you’re not going to let someone return it when it was clearly used before you bought it? Manager was extremely unprofessional trying to say I used the product and that she will have to “damage it out” GIRL GO WALK THRU THE MAKEUP N DAMAGE HALF THAT STUFF OUT THEN. Things without boxes sitting with no lid. It’s unsanitary and gross, so sorry for not wanting to use something ON MY FACE that someone else used. Get it together n you wouldn’t have ppl returning stuff for being used

Walked in with my employer uniform on asked a simple question to see if I could get change for a 20. With not knowing that I guess they don’t give change. Rep stated we are not opening the register for you, and also said we’re not going to do that for you at this time. Could of simply just said unfortunately we do not give change

I love this store. If you've been to a Ross, it's almost the same thing. Discounts and beautiful decor. They have very nice clothes that are cheaper than other options and lots of kitchenware and also art supplies! Lovely place. I can spend lots here, even though they have such fair prices!

If you are black or of color I do not advise you to go to this location. They will literally watch you and try their best to make you quickly uncomfortable. I’ve came here about 4 times in the past two months and have felt the same energy from all workers and managers on duty. DO BETTER TJMAXX IN ANKENY WE GOT MONEY TOO MFS

Super frustrating when you can’t get down an aisle to get what you want. Several boxes of stuff piled up in the way. Employees give you a nasty glare and don’t offer to move or help you get what you came for. This store is a mess. Go to WdM instead.

Went in to do some shopping an hour before closing time and selected six shirts to try on and then walked over to the dressing rooms to find they were closed “due to maintenance”. I asked one of the several (seriously at least 4 walking around within the women’s clothing area) attendants on the floor why the fitting rooms were closed and he said it was because “we were short staffed today.” With a store not even close to full of customers with more workers walking around than I see regularly, I don’t buy it and will avoid the store for a while.

I was just in your store and yes the everyone is friendly but having an employee just stand there while a customer belittles me for not wearing a mask or be nasty towards us because our 13 month old daughter isn't wearing one either is ridiculous. My family will no longer shop there due to rude and nasty comments from customers who have negative feelings about me not wearing a mask. I am pregnant and have severe asthma.
