These guys are busy… but their crew does not seem to realize it. There is not really any hustle going on there. I’ve been to Starbucks as a customer and as a delivery person across the country and this one is one of the more poorly put together ones. They are consistently behind even when it’s not busy inside. I’d love to see them get together as a team a bit better and not have to wait 20 minutes every time I’m here

My coffee maker died at home so I ran out before 545a--in my pj's--to order an office sized carry-out box of coffee. The service was impeccable!!! They offered to bring the coffee to my car (so I wouldn't make a fool of myself traipsing around under dressed) and even brought me a sample as I waited! THIS is the epitome of customer service! Thank you for being wonderful humans:)

Multiple time i have waited 10 minutes or more after my estimated pick up time for my mobile order, watching a large group if people who ordered inside get their drinks before me. Today I and others waited 25 minutes for our drinks, mine being a simple drink to make. A lady asked about her drinks after waiting 20 minutes and still didn’t get them until 10 minutes after asking.

I’ve ordered ahead at this location multiple times an arrived within the prepared window time and told it’s still not ready and I’m early while my order is incorrect. I’ve ordered through the drive thru to abide with time and flow of traffic an my orders cannot still be made correctly. I will not be going to this location anytime soon or again for the simple fact that they’re rude and cant make correct orders.

Nice new location. Lots of windows. Coffee was perfect. Can’t wait until it’s warmer for easer facing windows and east side patio for morning sun. Lots of power even in the tables including USB. I don’t think they have a Clover machine. Location by the interstate has one of that’s what you’re looking for. Negatives are it’s cold and the internet is slow! 1MB or less and there are 3 customers. With slow internet and cold it makes for a poor away from the office work retreat. 😕

(2/5/21 lunch hour) I remembered last minute that I couldn't use a straw bc of dental work. The gal with the glasses was very kind for letting me pour my drink in a different type of cup & lid. Oral surgery, in pain and needing caffeine -this small act meant a lot to me!Thank you.

Never have to wait very long but it seems like our orders are never right. Ordered ahead through the app and it was wrong. Drive through where we confirmed several times and it was still wrong. Staff are nice but seem to have a problem paying attention to orders or possibly all the new staff get trained here? Either way it seems to be a headache so we just decided not to come to this location anymore. Once or twice is common but 7x in a row no one should have trouble making drinks that many times.

I come here when I can't drive to the other locations, but it's not my favorite. Very slow in the mornings, they always seem to be low on staff and have witnessed so many mornings when people wait 20- 30 minutes for drinks. Seem to be out of almond milk 50% of the time I try to order. Music is always super loud and I never see people hanging out or visiting inside. Patio is nice in the Summer.Update Sep 2022:I must amend my previous review; Something has recently changed, possibly new manager. I've noticed drinks are accurate and this location is no longer out of items. People are served much quicker and there are more people hanging out inside and in the patio. Staff is friendly and they have more adequate help for how busy this location gets. Excellent job turning it around staff!

The ladies in the morning make my day! Right when you walk in, you get greeted with warm smiles. Kat and the other girls go above and beyond on making your drinks taste amazing &will get you going for the day! My coworkers and I appreciate them

I don’t know what it is about this Starbucks but it has got to be the slowest one I’ve ever been to. Now I also know why they always offer free drinks “the person in front of you didn’t want it“. No, it’s more like you made the wrong drink and they wanted what they ordered.I gave them my order and it was repeated back to me, screen is also showing my correct order and at this point I’ve been in line for 20 minutes, get to the window, pay and wait another 5 minutes for my drink only to get handed the wrong one.

I come here very often. I’ve never had a dull experience. The staff are always so welcoming and hard working. they are very accepting and good at communicating among eachother and with customers. Although, today had to be the best experience i’ve had! i went in around 8:45 a.m to pick up a mobile order and they were very cheerful and in a great mood which put me in a good mood.

Spent $15 on three drinks, didn't bother to let me know they were out of whipped cream until my drinks were ready. I asked them, they just told me they are out of whipped cream, couldn't care less about it. Probably should let your customers know before the orders were placed, and I would more than likely order something different if I knew ahead of time. Don't think I will return to this location.

They are really slow with a full staff. I have been in the lobby and through the drive thru. It always takes about 10 minutes to just get to the speaker. Also half the time I go there and try to into the lobby it's closed. You cannot tell me it's due to short staffing. They shouldn't be short staffed that much. The only positive is that it's clean in the lobby.

If I could give this location 0.5 stars, I would. I have yet to have a pleasant experience here when they’re experiencing a busy rush. On several occasions, they have taken 20-30 minutes from taking my order, paying and making it. If you’re ever stopping for a drink or food on your way to a scheduled event, skip it — you’ll never pop in and pop out. I once ordered a simple iced coffee with cream and received my breakfast and other drink and waited nearly 30 minutes for my coffee while people behind me and in the drive through came and went easily. I finally said something and they told me they were out of iced coffee and had to brew more, it would’ve been nice to have been informed because I may have chose cold brew or another drink as I was trying to get to an appointment. Not to mention, the design of the building and location is horrendous. The drive through takes at least 15-20 minutes to get through (every single time, whether it’s 2 cars deep or 30) and wraps around the building when busy and blocks in cars that parked and went in. I don’t know what the issue is or why this location hasn’t been able to figure out a routine that seamlessly gets people in and out in a decent amount of time. Any other location is better than this one! Maybe they could learn a thing or two from Chick-fil-A!!! I will be driving across town from now on.

Normally a busy location during during the morning before work. Seldom a time there isn’t a line for the drive through wrapping g around the store which can make parking at those times difficult. Overall they do a great job.

I stop here a minimum of 4 times a week. The service is always great. The fastest moving SB drive up line that I’ve used. This morning especially, 1/9 the team rocked it. 6 cars in front of me and it took only 4 minutes from when I pulled up to the line to when I pulled out with my coffee and the staff were very friendly and smiling. Thanks for the hardwork and great service team! 🙂

I used to love this location but recently every time I’ve gotten a shaken espresso the oat milk separates, gets chunky and the drink taste sour.. and I always get oat milk … it’s never done that before

The woman working the drive through window this morning was incredibly personable and genuine. I didn't think to glance at her name tag but she was a cheery blonde. She took the time to ask me what my plans were for the day. She took the time to make my drive through experience enjoyable and memorable. She wished me luck on moving. She made my day!

The lady at the window didn’t know what she was doing. We had to correct her multiple times on our order. She took the first drink told us to hold and then that ended up splitting our order up.I ordered an ICED white mocha and they gave me hot. We told them we ordered it iced. She went away for two seconds and comes back with it already made. I was shocked at how fast it was made. Then I said to my significant other that they probably just put it in an a different cup and threw ice in it. Which after tasting they actually did. Ever time we go to this location we always have issues. The lines are always long and the drinks never taste right or are made right. Just wasted $12 on two drinks not made correctly. Would love a refund!

The staff here are all super friendly. Be sure to make some coffee at home and bring it with you, you'll have plenty of time to drink it while parked in the drive-thru.Update ... still waiting in line 5-30-2019.

I get that you are trying to make someone's order right but making everyone else sit in an already SLOW drive thru while you take cups back and forth is ridiculous. My iced caramel macchiato was watered down from the ice melting. What a waste. Over priced and TERRIBLE drive up service. In the line for 15 minutes!

The drive thru is usually pretty busy. The staff does a good job of keeping the line moving. Order accuracy is very good. I suggest ordering on the app to pickup.

Mark was really helpful professional and patient. He went above and beyond.I’m traveling from MO and throughout my caffeinated drive his customer service really stepped out.The reason why Starbucks is so successful is because they hire all around good people. 🤙🏼
