I walked in and was immediately greeted with a very generous welcoming from Elizabeth. She was great! She helped me find what I need and offered a couple of good suggestions. The store is clean, well organized and has a fantastic selection. I have already recommended this store to a friend and I will definitely be shopping here again.

The inventory is second to none. Always well stocked and organized, very easy to find anything. Staff is very knowledgeable and always so helpful. Prices are excellent. I love that you can purchase small quantities or samples first to try out. Great reward system and excellent sales.

Very poor service. Nobody says anything when you walk in and they are always on their phones and you literally have to walk directly up to them and then they just look up at you and don’t say a word. Horrible staff and customer service. Not much of a selection either.

Well the genius that runs this store thinks it's a great idea that you can't return anything even if you immediately walk back in the store once you realize that what you purchased was wrong. Screw this place go to Uncle Ruckus instead

Will never return I purchased a mod and paid by debit card it timed out guy said didn’t go thru he took my card ran it again said timed out gave him a different card ran that it worked got home looked I was charged 3 times. Went talked to owner showed him I was charged more then once he called. Someone and said on their end only went thru once. Well I have proof I was charged more then once. I was shopping there 2 times a week I own a salon I was sending clients their daily but now now. I will tell everyone to to not go there. I hope ripping me off was worth it. As a business owner myself I would have made it right but I guess $40 is worth more to them then getting returning business. They are not friendly very short with you and definitely would not take time to show me different w cigs they guy was to busy texting someone.

Wasn't impressed with their juice line, and even less impressed with the younger gentleman at the counter. Tried asking a couple questions and got nothing but terrible put off attitude. He had a beard and was short. Honestly I'd recommend anywhere but here. Had zero input on questions, which since he didn't vape I found out might have been part of the issue but I do not feel it was a green light to have zero personality and attitude. I'm not going to beg a company to take my money with a smile, but I do expect respect. I walked out with two new bottles of juice ive never tried before and really didn't like either at all. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. Now that's just the vape side. I didnt talk to the other half of the store so maybe that guy was better. It looked like they had a nice kratom display with choices of brands I've not seen.

Half the staff was sitting there playing cards. When asked if they had cleaner for water bongs they looked at us like we were asking a stupid question, and instead of showing us where the product was they pointed. Lazy customer service.

The variety of products they have is great, but maybe learn some customer service. Every time I come in nobody says “hey” or even a “what’s up” Literally every single employee seems off because it’s just an awkward silence the entire time you’re in there. Should be a friendly experience, and I shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable every time I walk in the door.

Sold me a broken product. I tried to return it the next day unused and they will not take it back. Will not offer in store credit. Tried to offer me 15% off another purchase. I understand all sales are final, if the product wasn't broke to begin with.

Since when are you able to smoke inside a public building? Walked in over the weekend. One of the employees was smoking a cigarette inside. Smelt like a ash tray in the building. I'm an ex heavy smoker. I won't go here anymore. Smh

Customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen, terrible supply quality. Dude that always works there needs a new job. Won’t let me exchange cones for papers that I literally bought earlier this morning. Wouldn’t recommend anyone going there ever.
