They will not take any dog that they think might be "difficult." My dog is very anxious and likes to crouch and pee when scared. She is not aggressive in any way. She acts the same every time, and I try my best to accommodate them, but when they don't feel like dealing with her, they turn her away. All I ask for is just a bath and brush nothing more, no nails, no cut, no teeth, but still not worth there time.
