I ordered online. I gave my name and went through the drive through to pick up my order. I went home and did a few things and went to eat and it was the wrong food so I called the store to see if I could get my food. They said I could come back and get it by the time I got the food it was not hot and the portion sizes for the price is not good. In the picture bellow, I had not even had any of the soup. No one even said they were sorry for the inconvenience or anything. I will not be returning.

I ordered 3 Bread Bowls but received only one. All 3 of the soups were only luke warm. I called to let them know about the missing bread bowls and it took over 5 minutes for anyone to answer the phone. Wnen I was able to speak to someone she gave me the option to drive back to the store to get the bowls or to get a refund. Considering that I only have a half hour lunch break, I chose to get a refund. She preceded to put me back on hold for another 6 minutes in which my lunch break ended so I had to hang up without my refund.Very poor customer service! Very poor food quality! I will not come back to this location. I did not feel like a valued customer and I would reprimand evey employee working that shift if I was the manager!

I went after a doctor's appointment. The fireplace was on, so I sat in front of it. I had a nice atmosphere to eat a delicious bowl of cheddar broccoli soup, catch up on my letter writing, and keep warm on a rainy day. I took 2 crunchy cinnamon scones home for my 95-year-old Dad and me for dinner. Wise choice! 😋Parking: Mid afternoon offers many choices for parking, including nice handicap choices.

This is not the first time we have had an online order and the store has been very unprepared.Ordered food through the app. Arrived at drive through window at the time that app told us. Waiting 25 minutes to get to the window. They handed us our drinks and completely forgot about our food. We ended up waiting at the window for an other 10 minutes then were told to go back through the drive through and waited an other 20 minutes before we got back up to the window. We even requested an extra dressing for one of our salads at the menu speaker due to forgetting while ordering online. Our food was still missed.We waited 45 minutes in the drive through, after our food said it would be ready.Very unhappy with this location the poor management and will most likely not be returning.

Ordered a BLT with no turkey and a Greek salad to deliver to me. They gave me a completely different sandwich, that appeared to be a chicken salad sandwich.I have dietary restrictions and I know I can eat the sandwich I ordered and yet I got something completely different that I did not except with my dietary restrictions, and was very disappointed.The salad still came as I ordered it and was tasty.Would not order from them again to be delivered, as mistakes commonly occur when trying to order to deliver.Dietary restrictions: They have a good allergy menu online for dietary restrictions

I found plastic in my soup. When I called to speak to a manager, I was put through to Jeff. When I began to explain what happened, he interrupted me. I was told to calm down (I was calm) and explain what kind of plastic it was. At that point, I wasn't very happy. Does it matter what kind of plastic it is? I bought broccoli cheddar; the description doesn't mention anything about plastic. They also forgot two things of our small(ish) order - my kid's yogurt and the bacon on my kid's mac and cheese. That is nothing compared to the poor customer service. I was completely shocked that someone who is that terrible at dealing with people would be a general manager. He didn't apologize. He talked down to me. He asked me to prove it. Well, here's the proof, Jeff. Notice the plastic doesn't have any soup on it; that's because I chewed it up and almost swallowed it.

I’ve had a bad experience at this Panera too many times for it to have been a coincidence. Slow service, orders messed up, bad food. Then to top it all off when we called to complain to get our money back, the phone just kept ringing. We won’t be eating at this location again.

Food is fine, prices are a bit nutty and the menu does not reflect the prices at all. When I walked into the store it was completely empty of staff for a few minutes before anyone checked up front. I ordered a chicken chipotle avocado sandwich and the half sandwich price is listed as $6.59 on the menu above the counter but the front counter lady said it listed at $7.99 on the register. I ended up forking over the extra money but was disappointed the prices were not accurate.

The last few times I've visited, I've had to wait and go looking for the gal to take my order. Every time she's in the back conversing with a fellow co-workerd. The place needs a GOOD cleaning too! Shoes stick to floor which seem to have been mopped with year old dirty water!!

Staff blocked the drive thru with cones for a delivery. After the truck left, I called to see if they will open the lane. They said it will be 5-10 minutes they are too busy. 15 min later I went to the lobby to get the order. Staff did not look that busy, and nobody at the counter to order. When I left 2 people standing around at the counter, cones still blocking the drive thru. Nice play on their part when nobody wants to work the drive thru window. Bad play on their part when they dropped to one star. Companies cry to you they want your business, and pay thousands in advertising. Just to have a few workers flush that effort down the drain.

Sincerely one of the most disappointingly slow restaurants I have ever been to. I believe the SHORTEST wait time I've ever had at this location was approximately 20 minutes, and there was one time a couple months back where we sat at the drive thru, where it took about 10 minutes to take our order, then we proceeded to be stuck at the window for 15 minutes (!!!) before they even took our payment, then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for our food.What the hell is going on here? I'm serious. Do you have a literal Blackberry reading off a text message managing this place?

Ordered an iced coffee with cream. I'm pretty sure they forgot about it and had me waiting for a while. When I finally got it, it was white and tasted like watered down cream. Pretty disappointed.

We found a piece of what looks like mulch or petrified chicken in our sandwich. When we went to the store to advise the manager and ask for a replacement, the General Manager Todd was extremely rude and reluctant. We work in the food industry and understand mistakes happen but this was a contaminate the store should be aware of. Instead we were treated very poorly like just another customer complaining to complain. The issue still does not feel resolved after having to demand a full refund due to the complete unprofessionalism from the manager and the eagerness to ignore the issue and pass it off as no big deal. Will not be eating here again.
