Sip Club member -love the sip club.... 4 stars, only option at this location for sugar free is Deit Pepsi. There used to be other diet offerings. They have 2 dispensers in the fountain for Mtn Dew, 2 for Dr Pepper etc. A huge fountain machine but each option is simply doubled. Maybe Diet Mtn Dew, Diet Dr Pepper for variety would be appreciated.

Our food was mediocre but the service was very good. I wish I had the name of the employee who had to deal with us the most because he was patient & helpful. Probably won't return for awhile because I was disappointed with the food (I had a soup bowl,) but eventually I'm sure I'll give it another try. Also, they were completely out of any flavor of diet soda (my husband is diabetic & cannot have regular soda & way too late in the day for coffee). & completely out of pepper packets (I'm a pepper freak). But thumbs-up to the counter staff.

Not a bad meal. It's rather expensive for what feels like fast food but it feels a bit more healthy than traditional fast food & is probably a bit better quality. We spent $30 & the two of us each got soup, half a sandwich, a drink, & a small brownie.

So once again they screwed up our delivery order. No chicken with the Chicken Mediterranean bowl we ordered. Seems like every time we have delivery there is something missing or just wrong. Not even the first time that they have forgotten to add chicken. I double checked our order to make sure I didnt order the plain Mediterranean bowl without chicken. Yep, not my mistake.Also portion sizes are laughable for $14 and change meals. What food you do get is good.

Sunday morning staff was ill equipped to handle a slight rush. Cashier was unenthusiastic and a bit rude. Disappointing experience after I remember a few good outings here in the past. Cashier was on her phone in back while customers waited to have their order taken. Entire experience was very unprofessional.

Love this place but wish the wouldn’t put so much juice in the chicken noodle soup. U get 4/5 bites and rest is all juice, barely any noodles or anything.

This fast casual dining experience was top notch. I especially liked the help, so polite and friendly. Our cashier named Aaron was awesome and helped us sort through our rough ordering process as I had several kids making the process a bit difficult. I would recommend this place whenever you are visiting and looking for a quick casual meal.Kid-friendliness: Our kids were crazy and the support staff showed tons of patience.

They got my order incorrect. I explained the error (wrong soup), and the employee said I was wrong. Once I convinced him I was not wrong, he finally gave me the correct soup, but it was not prepared as well as I had experienced previously at Panera. The rest of the food was good. When we tried to find a seat, it was difficult because many of the tables were dirty.

First they messed up my chicken bbq sandwich by not even putting any chicken on it then i find a piece of plastic in my turkey chili. A horrible place to eat and will never go back to this panera again.

Walked in and busy. We had never been there. 2 people taking orders. One straight in front of door by bakery and one on the left. No one really knew where the line was. So stood in line behind a couple being helped and as soon as they finished the lady behind register just went to the other side to a register. I’m like what? They lady that was on that side then sai line was over there. They were not courteous and or nice. I reacted not nice either as left me over there after waiting for sometime. Then when we ordered Alex the one who took order gave cup to my daughter which asked for water also. I said can I have a cup for water? She responded they are over there! Rude. My chicken in my sandwich which is suppose to be warm was cold. I will never go back there. Not impressed all around.

I went for dinner and this restaurant is clearly having a fruit fly issue but I’m not sure what they are doing about it. There are flies everywhere but in the area where the uncovered baked goods are there are swarms. I watched the cashier shew them off someone’s baked good before serving it to them. If this is going on in an area visible to the customers eye it makes me nervous for what the back looks like…

Great staff & good service is why I return to this Panera Bread. The exterior is your basic Panera Bread, but with a bit of a cramped parking area. Just be aware that larger/wider vehicles might have some issues finding comfortable parking. You can get it done, but not without some effort. The interior is clean and of quality. The interior space feels just about right, with a hint of being on the smaller side especially the serving area. The staff are always welcoming and helpful, and the food is prepared fresh and in good time. The only aspect that prevents me from rating this place 5 stars is due to the pricing. I understand the food is of good quality, but the pricing seems quite high for what is presented. The portions feel a bit on the smaller side, but the taste is excellent. With a good variety of fresh bakery items, as well as a wide assortment of beverages, and other foods, Panera Bread offers a great selection for quick snacks and full meals.

Our food was great. I had pick 2 a normal sized bowl of chicken noodles soup and half grilled cheese sandwich. My husband had the whole deli turkey sandwich and whole grilled cheese sandwich. We both thought it was delicious. We will stop back again. Only complaint a little expensive for my meal with a drink with an apple and my husband's I guess you would call 2 meals since he got 2 sandwiches and 2 begets(little loads of bread) plus drink. Our total was $30.00. Otherwise very good.

Haven't been to Panera much as I tend to not have very good luck. Tried today and well, I wasted good $. Had the southwest chicken salad and left most of it in the bowl. Hardly any actual lettuce, almost all dandelion greens (yuck) and so many black bean my goodness! Very little corn....unimpressed, should've just had a bowl of chicken noodle soup!! 😟

Horrible experience! Just horrible! The counter person didn't have a clue messed my order up twice that I had to come back a third time and Drew (alleged manager) and orange shirt lady just didn't get it! So here's the tip if you are reading this. It wasn't about the money or even being stared at because you all made it drama, but about the experience of being made to feel like it was my fault for you giving me the wrong order twice and then being a black man trying to correct an issue because of your mistake and all staff staring like I'm the one with the issue. Not to mention my mom who has been going through chemo (order was for her) had to come into the store to help you get it right and orange shirt lady gets an attitude. That's amazing!

Everyone in the staff was very nice and were very understanding when I asked for help because I didn’t understand how to get something. Not only that but they were quick. Like really quick! I think that we got our food there faster than we would at a McDonalds or another fast food place, but the food there was better than those places. It was also really easy to get a bite to eat then grab some bagels for home.
