Could not be happier with my Oreck Orbiter! I have tiles in my kitchen and entryway that are textured. They were always still dirty after I mopped with every kind of cleaner, sometimes several times. Just wasn’t able to get the dirt out of the crevices. The Orbiter is the perfect tool for getting textured tiles clean. My floor looks absolutely beautiful and I KNOW it’s clean. Well worth the investment. Steve is an excellent salesperson and explained all the features of the machine without any pressure to buy. One final note. I’m just 5’2 and had no problem controlling the Orbiter. I’m really happy with my purchase and to know I have a local salesperson to turn to for supplies and any questions I might have.

Dropped off our broken vacuum to get a quote for the repair, which we were supposed to get the next business day. A week later, we got a call telling us the repair was done and the price of the repair was given to us. Given the price of the repair, we wouldn't have authorized the repair, as it was more than we paid for the vacuum. (While I prefer to repair than replace, there is a point where replacement makes more sense.)I wouldn't have minded paying a reasonable fee for a quote of the repair, but this just left a bad taste in my mouth as a business practice from a company that claims to offer "free repair quotes". It's not much of a free quote if we can't get our vacuum back after the quote without paying, eh? That's just not how quotes work.Anyway, the repair was solid, and our vacuum does work better than it did, so I have no problems with the workmanship. My rating is solely because I found the bait and switch for the quote very distasteful.As long as you are OK with taking your vacuum in and paying whatever it is to fix it without knowing the price, then this is a great place to go.

Don’t trust these people. They lied to my wife and said our vacuum would cost $150 to fix when it just needed a new belt. You can buy a roller and belt on Amazon for $13. The kicker is the vacuum had a spare belt on it. Instead of helping out and putting the new belt on they said it would cost $150 to fix!!!!! Makes me wonder how may people they have ripped off over the years.

Great products. To my estimation the best vacuums out there. The staff at the Oreck store were very friendly, very informative and very helpful. They carry the complete line of vacuums floor scrubbers and polishers + all the accessories and products you need to use the machines. In one stop you can get your new vacuum everything you need to run it and the staff there will even teach you the tricks of using.

I have bought Orecks for more than 20 years with my cleaning service and besides being the best vacuum cleaner it's the best customer service. Many friends and customers of mine are also now Oreck customers.

I got an Oreck XL Commercial vacuum for $300 recently. I should have looked online because they are $250 on Orecks website and can be bought brand new for close to $150 from other reputable retailers online and around the metro.
