Great location. We had excellent service and our order was correct even though they were very busy. At the time we were there the drink machine was out of order but the staff was very accommodating. It was a little awkward that a tense staff meeting was taking place in the center of the dining room at 1:45 pm on the Friday before New Years

I used to be a manager here a few years ago. Yes sometimes they are slow but it gets really busy really fast. They do try their best always have. I always give them slack. Pretty much 90% of the time my food is correct and warm. I have been coming to this location for 5 years. I don’t plan on stopping. And for everyone who is saying the one cashier is rude or not comprehending what you’re saying, he started working there when I was a manager. He does have autism and cannot help it. Please be understanding. 🙏 thank you

The girls that were working there Tonight on April 1 should really have their employment reevaluated. I ordered the most simplest things for my 2 kids, a pack of apple slices and a chocolate shake. When I got the shake, the entire thing was chocolate syrup at the bottom. I sat there as soon as I pulled away from the window in front of the McDonald’s to get a better look in the light before I handed the drink to my daughter, and at first I thought well if it tastes ok I won’t make a big deal about it And we’ll just go home but I actually tasted it before giving it to her and the fact that it was actually like drinking chocolate syrup out of a bottle. You couldn’t even taste the ice cream part of it for it for it to taste like a milkshake!! I drove to the front doors, walked inside and told them I want a refund, that we will not be drinking the shake because it taste disgusting The girl that actually made it, handed it to another lady there and that lady came and took care of my refund. I even said I don’t even know why that shake was made like that, and given to me, and all the lady could reply is, I don’t know, either instead of reprimanding the person that she knew made it, and also she never offered to remake me one. Sad that McDonald’s employees really think that they are worth more than minimum wage. This just goes to prove that you’re working at McDonald’s and still can’t do your job of making a freaking shake it’s pathetic.

We stood at the counter for 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. We then tried to use the kiosk and it froze so then we had to order at the counter. After being there 40 minutes, we got our food. My chicken sandwich was SO HARD, I had to ask for a new one and they acted like I should still eat it. All the tables were dirty and there was only 1 other customer in the lobby. They were not busy AT ALL and the staff was no help. Many pops didn't work and the staff didn't understand why that was a problem. Very rude and very unclean. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

The food was as expected. The service was awful. Orders could only be placed through the self-serve kiosk, but if you were paying in cash you had to go to the register to complete your transaction. I stood there for almost five minutes, with no acknowledgement until someone appeared, gruffly asked if he could help me, and took my payment. When we went to sit down, every table that could hold more than two people was dirty. We were glad to leave when we had finished our food.

Literally the rudest workers I have ever witnessed. They thought we were bring in more people from outside after lobby was closed. Proceeded to scream at my friends. My friends were leaving. I don't think it is ever acceptable to yell at costumers. It was very embarrassing and unnecessary. We aren't bad people. We would have explained the situation if they had just asked.

Their fries are stale and like hard rubber. Their nuggets are dry. We’ve wasted about $36 in total at this location in the past few weeks (3visits). I know it’s fast food but we all work hard for our money. Including the people servicing the McDonald’s so you’d think they’d realize that customers deserve edible food. I had called the location to mention it (in a nice casual way) and they just said I’m sorry and nothing else. I was hoping to hear them say, thank you we’ll look into the issue and make the appropriate fixes. Since the person didn’t, I’m here trying to warn others away. Go to the blvd or the Delaware locations.

They forgot the burger to all 3 of our cheeseburgers we called and went back for a remake and they made me wait for 30 min before speaking to someone and tried giving me someone else’s food before getting our actual remake Nancy was horrible to deal with she should have never become a manager in the first place if she can’t make sure burgers have the meat on them

Went through the drive-thru tonight and received an undercooked 1/4 pound cheeseburger . Since it was dark out and I was eating in my car, I had taken a couple bites before noticing it was undercooked. I will not be back to this McDonalds. Consuming undercooked ground beef can infect that person with e-coli; which can be life threatening for young children, the elderly, and immune compromised individuals.

I’d like to give a certain amount of credit to shops like this in the current job market, but the problem here right now isn’t the staffing. Waited almost 20 minutes in the shop for a mobile order that was 10 minutes old.The kitchen staff seemed to be working well together, but the front of the house was miserable and chaotic and no one seemed to know what was going on. At least two people ahead of me returned because of missing items on their orders. The only saving grace was a young lady working the register that was trying desperately to help several waiting customers, but spending more time apologizing than reining in the chaos.You don’t generally have high expectations for a fast-food place, but this one needs some serious upgrades in management.

We consistently have issues with orders at this McDonald’s. Rude staff, no, please, no, thank you. Orders, consistently incorrect, hash browns today were clearly refried to make them warm. Was 100% crunchy and inedible. Tried to give us the wrong order and charge us for the wrong order. You can sure tell that people here are thankful for their higher wages!

They are very unsanitary I just came through the drive-through. the day is may 4th 2023. The time is 946. a customer came through with their dog and 2 of the employees with no gloves on touch the dog and let the dog lick Their hands while still handling food. they did not wash their hands and they continue to prepare food and then handed me my food. Within seconds after touching the dog and letting the dog lick their hands very unprofessional and very nasty. I will not be going there anymore.
