Brett is top notch for service and quality.We hired him to refinish our 3/8th inch hardwood floors and replace water damaged flooring and outdated tile with new hardwood. First, he was able and willing to do the job when others weren’t. Second, the job he and his team executed met or exceeded all our expectations (we have high expectations that would be difficult to exceed). Third, all our interactions with him were professional and personable including discussions about scheduling, change orders, job quality, and pricing.In short, when you hire Brett, you are hiring an honest, knowledgeable professional who will deliver a great product/service at the quoted price.

From start to finish the team at Floor Coverings International were amazing to work with. It was so nice having them come to our home and bring samples so we could see what they looked like in our own space. We had a confirmation email when carpet was ordered, when it arrived and perfect communication throughout the install process. The carpet installers were amazing. Such a hard working and kind team. I am so thankful we went with this local company and not the big box store chains. Brett made sure we were completely satisfied with everything. That added a level of care and kindness that you don’t get with the big box stores. I can’t recommend them enough!

We had a wonderful experience with the local franchise of Floor Coverings International. They saved us time and frustration by having their flooring samples available on site in their minivan, and design associate Sarah Schulte was very friendly and great to work with. She helped us choose the right color and type of carpet for our basement TV room, which included a sump pump that had to be accessible. When we mentioned we had pet odors that had to be addressed before the new carpet could be put in, she quickly agreed to set up separate dates for tear out and installation so we had time to treat our floor. Sara quickly responded to our emailed questions and went the extra mile by seeking advice from another company when asked about a furniture carpet stain in another room.Kudos, also, to the carpet installers who were fast and efficient and did a great job working around our sump pump.All in all, we were very pleased with the final look, level and quality of service, and truly appreciated the follow up visit to ensure we were happy with our newly carpeted basement room.On a side note, we learned they help support two local nonprofits, which is a big plus in our book.

This company was amazing to work with! Both Brett and Sarah were friendly, professional, and very helpful through the whole process. The floors throughout the living room and the bathroom look fantastic. We ran into a couple issues and they were more than willing to fix whatever we needed. Brent was great to work with! He was very knowledgeable and helped us select the best color, style and type of flooring to fit our budget and lifestyle. Installers were respectful, efficient and hard-working. When asked questions or voiced concerns, they were very attentive, answered the questions and found a solution for all issues. Met Brett (owner) for the first time on August 21 as we were tearing up carpet in our new house. He just smiled and we walked through the house as I explained what I’d like for flooring. He made suggestions, he brought in samples of LVP and carpet, measured and said he’d get back to me that night or in the morning. He had 3 option plans for me. Was super easy! Had estimates, too. He’s so good and personable. Apparently then the flooring I picked out was back ordered until October 10 so he found 3 comparable LVPs. I picked it out, he moved heaven and earth and the flooring arrived as promised and the installation went as planned! Super! The guys laying the LVP (Francisco, Tony, David and Christian) arrived on time and got straight to work. Impressive the team work (and the music!). These guys had a system and it worked beautifully. My LVP flooring is everything I’d hoped it would be. Misael and Allen put down the carpet and it too is perfect! Looks so nice! Everything was all cleaned up also. Everyone from Brett to all the guys were professional, helpful and did an amazing job! Any questions I had were answered promptly and without hesitation! I will definitely recommend Brett and the company to everyone! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to all of them!

Listened to my wants and needs. Walked me thru the entire process as it was my first time on such a large project. Weren't always on time but usually called and I'd rather they were completing projects correctly instead of rushing to the next appt. Walked thru the house with me so I could ask questions and let them know exactly what I was looking for. Very large selection of colors and textures but Brett will show you how to accent what you already have.Came in politely, went right to work, took short lunches. Moved large furniture , did tear out, prepped any challenges in subfloors, laid wood floors throughout, put furniture back, cleaned up, hauled away scrapes,Very respectful when I was here. Called a few days later to ask if I'd had time to go over it and if I needed anything fixed or changed. I had a few things that were ok but I wanted a few changes. They made an appointment to come fix it all. Would recommend this company , Brett and Francisco's crew to anyone looking for no stress help. I love my new floors! I was trying to get two homes on the market quickly I needed flooring done in four rooms. After speaking with Brett Johnson, he said they would make room in their schedule to get it done quickly, and they came through with this commitment. While we did experience some hiccups along the way, they were quickly addressed and made sure the final project was completed to my satisfaction. Going above and beyond, I tore one of the floors and Brett quickly responded to my request for assistance, and set me up with somebody who could get it fixed quickly I would definitely use this company again.

Solid experience - Brett & Jill both made a seamless experience - Jill helped coordinate and was great about emailing (my schedule is wild so phone calls are tricky) and Brett came by to show us our options, talked us through some specific products for some of our needs with pets, and we ended up with a great, quality carpet. Install was smooth and communication through the process was constant and quality. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a great install with personal attention to detail vs a big store.
