I'm looking forward to a Fleet Farm coming to our city. Great selection of outdoor gear for all seasons. Great selection of guns and ammo. We were able to find toys for our grandkids, and winter gear to make it to the cold weather.

They were out of the dog food on the shelf that I usually buy. An employee was walking by and I asked him for help as it said the dog food was in stock online. Brad went above and beyond! He checked in the back, waited for a forklift to get it down, and carried a bag out to me. Brad was friendly and kind and very helpful. Please make sure he sees this!

Great place to get a lot of different things. My trip I got ammo, 3 way light bulbs, shelving and beer. MFF has a great rewards program. Parking is so much better than the mart.

fleet farms are my favorite place to shop. And I want to take a few minutes to say thank you!! to all the store's.I've been a truck driver for over 25 years and I can find a place to park there especially the store's in Fargo and Ankeny Iowa. To my fellow drivers please respect the gift fleet farm gives us.pick up after your selves doing you're pretrip or post trip or just out stretching your legs look around for trash and pick it up it's a very small way to say thank you. When so many places are no allowing us in any more to park.

A little bit of everything. Great dog food/supplies section. My German Shepherd loves coming here too pick out toys. Lots of horse and tac items. One of my favorite stops during fishing season for rods, the reel selection could be a little better. Nice clothing selection of some top name brands. Huge selection of outdoor grills.

Bad experience. Closing my card and won't be back. Went to pick up product. It wasn't complete and 3 sales people tried to help me but couldn't complete order. Then they charged me and showed order picked up. Now I have to file for a refund. Hmm. Sounds like fraud. I'm canceling payment on card and letting them figure it out!

Very poor shopping experience, shopped for my purchases, went to the checkout, had to wait almost 10 min just to get to the cashier, then she summarily dismisses my e-mail that says I get 10 dollars off. She tells me verbatim I don't need to look at your e-mail, I recognize the code. That code is on-line shopping only. So I look over the e-mail again, very carefully, not a word in the e-mail says I need to shop on line to get this benefit. So I ask for a manager, she gets all huffy and puffy, mad and upset with me, so I leave my cart there - walk away. I then called the store manager from the parking lot, send them the e-mail and I never hear another word from that Ankeny Iowa Store manager again. I will never shop again at Mills Fleet Farm. I will tell everyone in my business to not shop there, and relate my experience, all my friends, family and co-workers. This is the Midwest - word of mouth works here. Fly by night company 100% - all the time - all locations - 24 x 7 x 365 - Mills fleet farm is a bad company and I urge you to not trade with them.BTW - don't shop with them just because of the "form letter" standard / lather rinse repeat response you get from Mills Fleet Farm - don't believe me - just look at all the other "low" reviews and they all do the same thing over and over and over - they do not care is what that says to common sense Americans.

Staff are not properly trained. Employee damaged vehicle while loading an item without a spotter. Josh the manager was very unprofessional. Still have not received contact in regards to the claim that was “filed”.

One of my favorite stores. Where else can you get horse tack, chicken feed, some ammo for your guns and canning supplies all in one store. Their selection for clothes and most everything is good. Fill up with gas and get the popcorn in the gas station prior to shopping for the 5 dollar coupon before you go into the store.

Fleet Farm provides easy searching and ordering from the App; and I am very happy with their carside pickup through the Yard gate to the pick up door. I can back in, they load my trunk, and off I go. Easy peasy. That's my kind of shopping !

I shopped on an early Saturday morning. The store was very clean, vast and well stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated how the chain is committed to the values of family both personally and with their employees. I would shop here again just based on this alone.

Always great place to grab most items I need for hunting, fishing or house hold fix ups. Rewards program is simple and easy to use, already get $5 off most visits with the frequency I go here. Also nice to always get 4c off gas on each visit.

I really like Fleet Farm. It's my one stop shop with almost everything I ever shop for. The staff have always been great. Bonus on the gas. I'm sure if I were closer to Ankeny I'd spend a lot more in this store.

I bought an electric knife in June but never used it until last week and it didn’t work. I didn’t have the receipt but took a chance on customer service. Much to my surprise, they allowed me to exchange it. The lady that helped me was great! This kind of service is a big reason this is one of my favorite stores. Plus, they have one of the best hunting and fishing departments in the area.

It is a HUGE store. It was not easy to find my way around. Thought I was stopping in to get a quick bag of top soil..... Thankfully I found an employee that helped me figure out that I needed to go to the kiosk to order what I wanted, check out and then drive down to the pick up area to get my bag of top soil.

I'm only going to get three stars cuz when I was there two of the people that worked there didn't know much about the area where I was looking for when our shopping for work boots she sent me to the women's section. Just because I have long hair doesn't mean I'm a woman! But the young man that was over there he was very helpful he did his job excellent he deserves a raise
