I would give it less stars but due to our visit being just a couple days after Christmas I have to cut some slack. But a lot of the shelves were empty, a lot of opened boxes seemed like the employees may not have had time to mange inventory properly. But we’re able to find some things regardless.

Checkout here is horrible. I come here almost weekly spending $200-300 each visit. 8+ checkout stations and they refuse to open only one. The employee who rings you up, doesn’t bag while ringing up causing things to take extra long. I’ll skip this location from now on and go to Ames. Checkout is not as time consuming and annoying.

DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS AT FIVE BELOW!I bought a charger, type c cord and watch charger 0-3 !! Not one worked! I've bought better electronics at the dollar tree. Stores a scam! Although the candy section I won't complain about itWhat the heck is it with our country and accepting and buying these worthless products from china.why! I bought them as I heard some random people complaining. They were all nicely packaged and pleasing to the eye. Completely useless all 3!

Nice Customer service, spoke as I walked through the door, attentive to my needs, had better selection than other Five and below locations I've been to. love the fact its other store in the area to go to as well and shop til you drop 😂

Lots of toys and electronic accessory gadgets. But the shelves were partially empty of quite a few things.Huge candy selection and lots of throwback type candy products from when I was a kid.Lots of self checkouts but only 2 were open, makes no sense.

There was only one self-checkout open, which I prefer to use but there was a customer struggling to figure out how to use it. One employee was checking out customers. A second employee was standing near the checkouts slowly putting shirts on hangers, while watching the customer struggle at the self-checkout. The employee running the register was also very slow, both appeared as if they may have been under the influence of a substance. The cashier forced a pillow into the shopping bag containing 2 bags of chips, crushing most of them. And the worst thing of all, the cashier was visibly sick with respiratory symptoms. She did not have a mask on. We are still in a pandemic and I find it incredibly negligent and a public health hazard that a company would allow an employee to not only work sick, but not have them wear a mask. The store and products were as expected.

Five bellow is very unique store, especially for gaming, kids, and other stuff. Items like $1-5 or even lesser than $1 worth to shop for, and moreover lots of candies 4 kids. I like this store very much, and it's worth it, especially for your kids. Good job.

$25 you can purchase most of these items here!Nails $4 , glue $1.50, curer $5, filling tool $5. Gell polish was purchased elsewhere.Time 2 hours. I'm happy let's see how long they stay on?

Love the different stuff that this location vs the Ames store where I'm from. I wish the staff were friendlier, though. Young kids who just don't care or understand customer service *shrug* But I run into that everywhere. Things have changed since I worked retail I guess 😅

Really confused as why the gentlemen upfront took it upon himself to ring my stuff up at a self checkout counter? Slow my process down and stand in my way. Excuse me sir, but you might need to catch on to social cues to back off of people when they are ringing in there belongings... why is he so worried about how many items I have. Pleas eleven people alone and just watch them if you ha e a problem. Don't invade peoples personal spaces. Your customer service was uncomfortable and weird.

A very FUN store with a great variety and everything is $5 or below except for a few things that are marked higher than $5. Will definitely stop again when I get back to the area!

Usually a great place to shop but on a Sunday sign says they open at 10 and by 1030 there was still a line to get in because the store was still closed. I understand things happen but after someone called they said hours are 11. Update sign.

Went in April 23rd around 3pm and neither associate was wearing a mask. Neither associate acknowledged a customer and walked around following each other gossiping and avoiding customers. Usually have a great experience here
