I love the sturdiness of Duluth and have never had an issue with their products but what lowered my rating is that I ordered a coat and I do understand this a busy time but the coat I ordered was placed on back order for 10 days from the order date. I contacted customer service and the gal I talked to was very sweet but when I asked if I could exchange the coat for a different one that was the same price they were not doing that, I asked about maybe free expedited shipping once it was back in stock and they weren't able to do that either. I love in Iowa which can have brutal temperatures and now I will have to wait over a month to receive a winter coat and I will already be 1/3 of the way through our winter by the time it reaches me. I have no problems about who I spoke with but Duluth come on and do better by your customers, if they order something and then receive an email that it's on back order when it showed it was in stock online, that isn't their fault and you should really do your best to help your customers whether it be exchanging a coat for the same price or covering the price for expedited shipping. So they don't have to go almost 4 weeks without a coat.

Duluth always uses and stocks the best material. I am always confident that I am getting the quality that I pay for. They have casual, work, and outdoor clothing and boot selections for men and women. The folks are extremely helpful, place is always clean, well managed, spotless bathrooms, and tons of parking.

The workers here were so friendly! Came in around 6:30 on a Friday and got out in less than 10 minutes! They helped us find what we needed in about 2 minutes! Will be coming back!

Well that was neat! The store looks good, and the service is very friendly. The clothes are pricy, but of amazing quality. The "buck naked" underwear is, without a doubt, the most comfortable I've ever worn.There are some organization issues with the displays though; for instance, the men's underwear is organized from small to 4x, top to bottom. So, the smalls are up about 7', and the 4x is basically in the floor.People who wear small tend to be short. People who wear 4x tend to be tall, and may have trouble bending that far over. It doesn't make sense 🤔But overall, great store!

Duluth has a great selection of clothing for outdoor work. Their fire hose pants are really able to take a beating. Always clean and the staff are helpful and friendly.

Not sure if it was a blessing or a curse, the day I was introduced to DTC! I am quite pleased with their clothing! Easy to spend too much here...which is what i did the last time i shopped. Love their bras tho = feels like im wearing nothing!

Seems like they are cutting back on men's nicer button up dress shirts, and trying to carry more junk like Dog Toys. I guarantee you that I'm not going to buy dog toys and other junk from Duluth, when I have Amazon 2day shipping... I come into a store to try clothes on and inspect quality. A real shame

This place is not my favorite store to shop at, but my husband loves their underwear so I suffered another trip because that's what you do for love. They were very busy (right before Christmas) and I couldn't find the style he wanted so I began hunting for a store employee. No luck. So I kept digging. Eventually I found what I needed on my own. I saw on their website that they were having a sale on these so when they did not ring up at the discount, I asked why. I was told that this one kind was the only one not on sale. I was super bummed out. I drove an hour to get there hoping to buy 5 pairs of ridiculously overpriced boxers for my wonderful husband, and instead I left with 2 pairs. I honestly have never found anything I like for myself there and all their items are grossly overpriced so I suppose it's just not my store. If I could find help when needed, or have good customer service when I go in there, I would be a much happier customer. Maybe I should learn how to sew.

I really haven’t shopped much there. The quality is good but Anthony is one of the worst sales people I have ever dealt with. I probably won’t do a lot of shopping there because of my experience with him. He doesn’t care if he loses business as long as he is right. My family spends a lot of money there. I think he ran some of them off

Love this store! The staff is great to work with. They have an awesome tractor for the kids to see and one to sit on. The coffee bar is a nice added perk. The sizes they carry are perfect for everyone!

This store was so cool to come into. If you love the catalog in the mail, seeing everything in person was even better. Spent twice as much as I want to, ha! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there were deals written out on paper next to certain items and when I took those items to the register they did not ring up on sale. I had to catch it and tell the cashier who had to ask the manager at the front if that was correct. She confirmed and he rang up two more items of the same thing, didn't catch that they were the same, had to tell him again. Otherwise this store has actual items of great quality that people in the outdoors will actually use! Awesome!

The employee that greeted us was friendly and informed us that a sale was going on. The clothing there really wasn’t anything that either my husband or I would wear. We just visited because of the commercials. The prices are a little high for items you could find cheaper at REI with higher quality. The women’s clothing selection is pretty limited. I don’t think I will be shopping here in the future.

Called to verify store had an item, as listed on line. Was told, "manager said no". Ordered on line for pick up. Was ready 4 hours later. Thought you said you don't have it? Told manager here's the item you don't have and didn't bother to even look. Didn't seem to matter. I don't like being handled because you don't care to follow through.Love the store. Will go back. But that type "customer service" totally yanks my shorts.

We love this company! Their clothing is very well made. It is a little more expensive them similar type stores, however the quality is worth it. The sizing of both their men's and women's clothing is different from most stores. We go here for good quality winter casual clothing.
