Arrived at drive through at 348pm. One car in front of me. The car in front of me waited at least three minutes before someone took their order. They order and move up. My turn. Simple order. Two double butter burgers fries and sodas. But I could hardly understand the lady taking the order as she repeated it. Not great English. Finally she was able to spit it out correctly and it was 25 bucks. What a rip off. I pull forward. Wait for dude in front of me to pay. He pulls forward apparently having to wait for his order. I pay and have to pull forward also. I ended up shutting my car off because it was taking so long. 21 minutes after placing my order, they finally bring it out to me. I drive off to head home. Wife opens the bag and hands me the fries. Barely even warm and the bag was only half full. I switch to the burger, it also was barely warm. All this for 25 bucks and I didn't even eat it. That was my last visit.

My card got triple charged and they aren’t able to refund me because it declined on their end. Then they tell me I have to come back tomorrow to get a refund? Most expensive cheeseburger ever. Wait times were ridiculous, I was in the line for 25 min then fry’s and burger came out cold. Everything is suppose to be made to order I thought.

Went to Culvers for first time on Saturday April 20. We walked in and there was a long line, figure that could be a good thing because it must be good. Placed our order and the woman behind the counter was very difficult to understand but screen showed order so we figured no issue. When order came out mine was fine but wife's order was way off, order chocolate in a regular cone got vanilla in a dish. Tried to tell girl who brought food it was wrong but she didn't understand us, even puffed and got someone else who came over we told him and even showed him receipt, he said yep this is wrong and told wife she could keep dish and he would go get the correct order. The girl who couldn't seem to understand us just brought a cone and tossed it on table no word whatso ever, because place was packed we just left. On the other hand my waffle cone was good and at least the wife got to enjoy it to since we just shared it. I am assuming it was a language barrier but truly don't know, receipt speaks for itself

Upon arrival Sunday at about 4:30, my service was greatly delayed. I was on line for minutes until the manager glanced in my direction. (side note: she smelled strongly like cigarettes). No one helped despite a full staff. A young gentlemen, named Matt ,swooped in from another task and kindly took our order without being asked. Overall the experience with the manager Michelle, and the length it took to get our food was not on par for culvers. My curds also just came burnt, very upset due to the premium pricing. Today was clearly culvers B team.

Culver's Culver's Culver's, what could I ever possibly say wrong about this wonderful establishment? The cheese curds are sublime, the malt shakes are divine, and those butter burgers will literally rock your world. The only complaint I will ever have with Culver's, is that there aren't any in the UK. This will always be a must whenever I'm in Ankeny visiting from the UK. If you haven't tried the spiritual awakening that it the Culver's butter burger, then looooord you don't know what you're missing. Cannot recommend highly enough.

thanks for a wonderful meal. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who took my order with a smile. the hamburger was great, and the fries were done perfectly and had a good selection of drinks. the mens' room was clean and tidy, although a coat hook would have been nice.I'm anxiously awaiting your presence in TN.

Hi! Gamera Monster here.We ate at Culver's for the first time. We don't have those near our monster lair.Very busy on Sunday so expect a wait. We weren't sure what line to get in but as it turned out only one order taker was available. They were busy enough for 3. It is nice that they bring your food out to your table.I had the grilled chicken 🐔 sandwich 🥪 and it was plenty thick and the tomato 🍅 slice was a real slice. The pickles were good too. I asked for BBQ sauce and it was Sweet Baby Ray's. That's a decent sauce. I also had onion rings and those were average and not too greasy. Overall, the food wasn't too bad.A family member had the cheeseburger. He liked it but said the meat was very thin. The sandwich didnt look like the picture. The fries were also average.Overall, it's what you expect from a busy fast food joint. Going there will satisfy your hunger but don't expect anything great.Be well everyone.

I went through the drive-through, leaving Ankeny for a 2-hour drive home. We had 5 in the vehicle, but it was a simple order. 2 plain Butter burger kids meals, 2 chicken strip kids meals, and a spicy chicken sandwich meal. No special order! We sat there for more than 20 minutes waiting for our order to arrive. My husband drank his pop and went in to refill and ask where our order was. When they finally brought out our order, there was no explanation for the delay. They compensated with a free value meal. WHOOPEE!

Restaurant was tidy. Cashier was very pleasant and had great eye contact and helped me customize my order. Meal was delicious and hot. Had cod, green beans and tried the cheese curds. Yum! My friend had double butter burger and fish sandwich and fries. No complaints.

Been in line for 45 minutes and I still don't have my food this is the slowest service I've ever seen. I had to finally leave considered a loss I threw my drink in the trash put the little number sign on the ground and I went to B-Bops and got served in 10 minutes. As much as I love their burgers I will never give them my business again this is getting old

Extremely slow service. On eventual arrival...hot food cold, concrete mixer melted. When asked to make another they simply remixed the same one...poured right out the container. VERY DISAPPOINTING for the price we paid.

It was horrible. My burger patty was overcooked, dry. Fries tasted fishey. The wife ordered a sourdough melt with no onions. It came with onions and ketchup and mustard, not on the melt.This is only my second time eating at Culver's. My first experience was awesome, juicy, fresh burger, and awesome, krinkle fries. It was really disappointing

We went there about a month and a half ago. I ordered the Mushroom Swiss basket and when I got my sandwich there was nothing on it but meat.. I called and complained and they said they were mailing me a coupon to take care of the issue well I called about 3 weeks later and they said it was still in the mail pile to be sent out and promised it was going out that week.. but here we are another 3 weeks later and I still haven’t received a thing and when I call they won’t answer my call. Thanks for the lieUpdate: to Culver’s owner, I emailed when you replied to this but I have never gotten a response back or still haven’t gotten the coupons
