Perfectly normal visit to any Walmart, lots of people looking for cheap products. Was disappointed they did not have any laundry detergent sheets, only pods and liquid. They also only had mineral water by the multi pack when I just wanted one bottle.

Update: in the summer of 2022, a new bike rack has replaced the rusty one.Brand new store. Helpful and knowledgeable employees. Deserves a newer bike rack (late 2020). As of April 2021, the dying bike rack seems to double as a garbage collector. The contrast with the squeaky clean, superbly maintained parking speaks volumes.

The store was so crowded that we couldn't pick up everything we needed. Half of the congestion was employees picking online orders. Not going back there

I have to share my mystery experience here in the morning.I took 3 cans of baby formula to check out. I wanted to spend the formula check I received from formula producer, so I went from check-out counter. The machine suddenly broke down, no one knew how to deal with it. I think that’s okay as machines always had problems. BUT, the store guys just let me wait there for 20 minutes by only saying one sentence of “the machine always go wrong”, I just waited there seeing people come and go and my daughter seated in the trolley asleep, I had to calm her down.Excuse me, is it the machine let you make your customer wait there for that long time and let no one to help? Is it the machine that stoped you telling your team member to fix the problem? I even had to explain to a new check out person what happened. To be polite, I did not express my anger at the spot at the time, but is it a good manner you run a service business like that? ??? How do you train your team? Every time I enter your store I saw the slogan “my team and I are happy ti help”. Is it your way to help?

Still very new and shiney. Of note is the pickup in the front of the store with leather chairs and carside pick-up in front of the parking lot. Otherwise it is much like all other Walmarts, just the latest iteration of the building.

Mr Walton must be highly disappointed that his dream and vision has been turned into laziness and greed. Our hometown store is a joke. The place is dirty, shelves are empty, employees are rude, registers don't work right. I think it's ridiculous that our great community has to settle for this shabby place and I just look forward to story city having the new fairway built. At least they still have ake pride in offering exceptional service. I sure hate to spend my hard earned money at Walmart especially when I have to check myself out bag my own groceries all the while we are lining the pockets of the greediest and laziest entity of people. We are a better community than this and we should start demanding to only have the very best of the best.

Better than the Duff location. I experienced an issue with an unfriendly staffer in the pharmacy (very short dark hair, black rimmed glassed, female?) that led me to leave and come back later for my meds. If you want friendly/helpful staff, drive to the location in Boone.

I did the online order, pulled up, they had all my groceries loaded in under 9 minutes. Everything was loaded by someone who cares about the customer (their whole department is great) and she even gave me my eggs to put them in the front seat.

I don't like going there anymore, they only have 1 or 2 check outs. Except for the self checkouts. I don't like them at all, they should give a discount if we have to do all the work.

Walmart is my Deals on Wheels got to have that without that whole life will get pretty expensive and out of control thank you Walmart for sharing your hospitality with me I mean it's almost impossible to beat the prices on the merchandise or their produce anything they have in that store it's hard to beat the prices and everybody's friendly and helpful in any way possible to accommodate you I give them a standing ovation

My experience with Walmart has always been pretty good, but I do have a complaint about the restrooms. This Walmart does have a family restroom in the back of the facility. I attempted to use this restroom since my 5 year old needed to use the facilities and I had a 20 month old with me. This restroom was in use so I had to send my 5 year old into the women's bathroom by herself. While she was in the restroom, a male employee of Walmart walked out of the family restroom. Worst yet they left the restroom a mess with paper rowels all over the floor, and the toilet absolutely disgusting. I am not saying that he made the whole mess but he could have cleaned it up.

The staff at night are somewhat rude and hard to find waited over 30 minutes for someone with a key to get a flashlight it seems they have rearranged the layout 4 or five times in past 6 months very difficult to shop and hard to find items and employees have never been able to tell me where or if they even have an item more than once I was told they don't sell something that I found after I took more time to look it is disappointing to know you can certainly buy at all hours but to return something is limited to 9pm convenience having a 24 hour store is no longer available which has caused me to go without things when I need them and completely disrupted my daily schedule

Tried to return something knowing that the customer service desk closes at 10:00 it was like 9:45 they tell me it's closed and I asked I thought that it was open till 10:00 and their response was it depends on the staffing now what's the point of an open to close schedule if you don't follow it so you just decide what time you close on whatever day of the week it is. Or I'm guessing it's cuz you're worthless and lazy. Long grueling days in the nice AC standing behind the customer service desk.

There’s a reason I only shop at Walmart when they have something I can’t get anywhere else and this store is a prime example. They don’t know how to process a simple return and said they had to do a no receipt return when the receipt was on their own app right in front of them. I called corporate and they said the store employees clearly had no idea what they were doing and they are supposed to call a support number which they either didn’t know or didn’t care to do, equally as bad either way. Thank you for validating my love for Target!

My Disabled grandma got charged for Theft after forgetting to scan a 2 dollar clearance bottle of ketchup. Was a complete accident when she spent $100 and then they kept her receipt so she couldn't even take it to court to show she did NOT steal this item.
