I had not been to Target in a couple of years. I was pleasantly surprised by some of the changes they made. I had no problems finding exactly what I was looking for in the store. It made it easy to get what I needed and of course a few extras then head to the check out. The Cashier was very nice, greeted me right away. He was quick and even double bagged items that I would have wanted without me having to ask. He was patient when I had a little trouble by trying to use the wrong card(oops ðŸ¤) He was nice enough to come around and put the bagged items in my cart for me. It was an excellent experience for me.

I'm not much of a target shopper mostly because the prices are higher and it's not a high class store but I feel like that's what it's leaning more towards trying to be. It's not a bad store by any means Its just not my kind of store. The only thing I do buy from there is my cat liter. I love it and Target is the only place that carries it

Not impressed with the communication in this store. Above the kiosks for the baby shower tablets to the RIGHT of the guest service desks it says ‘order pickup’ so why did I stand over there for 10 minutes before anybody bothered to tell me that I have to specifically wait in the guest service line to pick up an order that would take 2 seconds to go back and grab? I would have happily waited had anybody let me know that. Also why have 1 person working behind guest services and 4 uo at lanes if guest services is dealing with order pickups AND returns? When I finally got helped the employees were less than thrilled to help, which seems to be my experience in this store overall.

I ordered a picked up order. when I got there they told me it was out of stocked even tho the app said that it was ready for pick up. When I tried other options shipping wasn’t available and the closet pick up point was 1hr away. I call customer service to see if they can do anything about it and they only refund me 10 dollars for a 2 hour drive. Never buying online again!

I had a great shopping experience at Target! The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. I was impressed with the wide variety of products available, from groceries to clothing to electronics.The staff was friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I found what I needed. I also appreciated the convenience of being able to order online and pick up my items in-store.Overall, I highly recommend Target for all your shopping needs. The quality of their products and the excellent customer service make for a truly enjoyable shopping experience. I will definitely be returning for my future shopping needs.

I love this target. It always well maintained and the employees are helpful, but not overbearing. Of course whenever I go I am able to find exactly what I need every time and often more than that, which makes me happy, but not my bank account. I prefer this target over many others because I have memorized the layout and I love everything about it.

I was very happy with the nice, helpful checkout service from the ISU student working in Ames today. I have not used my red card for a while and she took the time to help me. I really appreciated it. Also, the pharmacist that worked Sept 11th took the time to show me the anti fungal cream I needed. Excellent service!

Target is the only box store I am loyal to. Excellent customer service in a very nice atmosphere and clean store. Target drive up service is by far the best, fastest & most convenient (tied with Aldi). Excellent customer service with friendly, courteous and well trained staff.

I love everything about Target! From the extensive selection of quality products, to the cleanliness and organization of the store that’s easy to shop, to the friendly and knowledgeable staff. It’s a top-notch store! I also can’t live without ordering through the app and being able to pick up the order within 2 hours as well as getting 5% off when using the Red Card! It’s by far, my favorite, most shopped retailer.

I lost my keys in a cart. I asked the employees at customer service if they had them it was a matter of minutes from when I had them to when I lost them. I understand it was my mistake and they could not do much for me but they were rude and didn’t seem to make any effort to go out of their way to provide good customer service. They just talked to their co workers and ignored me after they said they didn’t have the keys. I tried to mention asking a manager to make an announcement or phone number and name if they find them and they wouldn’t do anything. Finally a customer dropped them off. It’s about being nice and caring when someone is stressed not talking to coworkers and ignoring a customer. I’ve worked in customer service for years and I would always go out of my way to help.

Great experience as normal. I had minimal wait time at an actual cashier. she was very personable and engaging. & before I left, (2) additional employees made eye contact and said "Have a great night" sometimes it's the little things and going the extra mile.

No outside pickup option, very poor quality, no receipt provided and no option for a gift receipt upon pickup. Lines were very long at customer service pickup and only one employee.

I have a Target gift certificate but when I tried to use it in this store I was told that I had to enter my account number and passcode. I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT OR PASSCODE and never have. I left without being able to use it and made no purchases. So my only experience at Target was a total bust.

I had been looking for a particular model of Keurig for quite a while. Even though my current Keurig is still working (most of the time) I promised myself that if I found the model I was looking for that I would buy it if it was on sale- there it was on the shelf for $30 off!

I had to go into the store to return a couple of items. Because I had ordered through the App it was so seamless, fast and easy! My receipt was right on the App. I highly recommend shopping through the Target App.

Very typical Target. Except in this one, mostly college girls walking around with their Starbucks. Good clothing section. Lousy overpriced grocery/ media section/ toy aisle/ etc... Like I said, a very typical Target.

This was a pretty nice target. It was big so everything wasn't jammed close together like some stores. The coffee at their Starbucks was really good and they have a great book selection. The only issue I had was they have their Funko Pops spread out in random places instead of all together so it took over a half hour to find the one I went there for.

Good selection of products at reasonable prices. The man who at the checkout (Mark) was very personable with me and since there were no shoppers behind me, we had a chance to visit. I remember him from working at a store at our local mall and he remembered me shopping there. This man is truly an asset to our Target store!

Earlier this week, the rear window of my car was shattered by a rock thrown at it in the Target parking lot. I spoke with a member of the staff that had access to the "security" footage and, then, called the police. It turned out that nothing was caught on the video. There are no cameras in the parking lot and my car was hidden from cameras mounted on the store. In addition, the recorded video is not subject to zoom. The bottom line is that Target is protecting their store, but not the parking lot. To make things more frustrating, someone called the store to tell them they had witnessed a rock being thrown in the parking lot, but the staff member who took the call did not get a name or number so the police could follow-up. Target did not throw the rock, but they did nothing to help the police or me identify who did. For those who care, it turns out that Kohl's has an excellent video security system with high resolution and zoom capabilities. That's where I will shop in the future.I found myself back at Target and regret it. I picked up a few items, but never checked out because there only one cashier working and the two self-checkout lanes were backed up into the women's department. It's bad enough that Target wants us to do some of their work, but it is inexcusable that they don't make it easier. I set my items down and walked out. I encourage more people to do the same. They will get the message.

Just beware once an order is cancelled on a target app, they are not able to track when the order was supposed to be picked up. Lost a 30% discount and have a disappointed kid with no way to prove the timeline on my extended order date. Screen shot your orders! Never had a problem with any other app from any store. Disappointed.
