The workers were very nice, but they could've done a better job especially with her face it had spots where longer than other, she looks raggedy. I was very disappointed especially after paying $97. I will not be bringing her back.

The groomer was genuinely interested in the welfare of my older cat (15). She expertly managed to remove several knots from Ellie's fine, long fur and bathe her without causing her stress. It's very comforting to know that I can take Ellie to her and know she will receive loving care.

I had never taken my dog to a groomer before and Katherine was so wonderful and patient with me and my anxiety of leaving him. She has always been so good to both of my boys Harley and Todd. I will miss her as she moves on to a new career path but I feel like Tina will also take such great care of my boys from here on out!

My German Shepherd Koda loves Petco and going to their groomers. I was nervous at first due to horror stories but my dog is always so happy when she goes. Presley and Tina have done amazing work with her. Even though it’s the deshed treatment Koda loves getting the works done. Koda has never had a complaint about going and the ladies love Koda which is an added bonus. I know she’s in good hands and that she loves being pampered. I do call it the princess treatment because that’s how my dog is. Ames petco has gone above and beyond expectations for my dog.

Abusive. Failed to call us more than 5 hours after our dog was finished being groomed. Someone entered the contact number incorrectly. My number was on the back of her collar and I was told “I’m sorry we don’t check collars because most dogs don’t have them on.” This was the 2nd time this happened to our dog at Petco. My husband could hear her crying from the back, and she was whimpering on the ride home, something she never does.
