Best place for kitchen-bedding-bath-and decor. Always friendly and helpful staff. I would love to see more kitchen utensils- storage items. The food section is always a good option to try new things. I love Ames and Cedar Falls stores!

Nice department store for decorating and equipping the home. Need to sort through a lot to find good deals. One visit may not be enough as there is not a great variety at any given time, but they renew offers very often.

the store manager and Jessica my cashier went out of their way to find a lamp at a different location. There was no direct way to check inventory so they actually called the near by stores and sent pictures so they could see if it was in stock. Very kind staff and amazing customer service. You can really tell the manager takes pride in her work.

Ok HomeGoods, we got a problem! First of all we never go into your store because we “need” something! No! We go in there to buy stuff we didn’t know existed, but all of a sudden we got to have it! Do we have a place to put said amazing items?! No! We don’t but we will definitely find a place for that cool looking center piece with oat grass and cute frogs poking there heads out from under a bamboo bowl that holds a candle!Yeah we’ll I gotta get down to HomeGoods store and grab me a….. well I don’t know yet!Looooove this store!!

The first time I went into this store I decided it was a very bad idea LOL. The amount of fun, unique stuff that they have here is awesome.The staff was all very pleasant, the store was clean and all areas were marked with good information on which each section contained.Much to my husbands dismay, I will be back for sure! LOL.

Great little store. Will definitely be back. Can't believe I've lived in Ames almost 2 years and never realized this was here!Recently moved and looking to re-furnish my place...there are some unique finds here that aren't of the traditional pressed wood or particle board I keep finding everywhere else!They even have delivery through a third party. Exactly what I've been waiting to find. :)

Nice store, overwhelming selection. The candles are very reasonably priced & smell divine! The store itself was very clean and orderly. Even the clearance aisles were nicely arranged.

This store has a wonderful variety of indoor and outdoor decor, furniture, kitchen supplies, pet supplies, toys, lamps, and is just a great place to browse and find little treasures. Nice, clean store with friendly staff.

Place had a lot of options for home decor. It was a little disorganized for me or maybe it's just me. Prices ranged from reasonable to a bit pricey. Good place to get some unique items for your home.

It's essentialy TJ Maxx without the clothes, and more furniture. Lots of interesting and unique items. Prices are decent. Parking is more than adequate. Location is good.
