I wanted to add some more bits of color and decor to my new place. The selection and variety of ideas that were sparked while looking around made my job harder because I had so many choices and different ways I could go with those ideas. It's hard to pass up a 50% off sale. Hobby seems to have these sales quite often. I took advantage of previous 50% off sales to pick up all my art supplies and to mat and frame a portrait I had done. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I only wish my place was bigger so I could buy more items and try out those different decor ideas.

The manager with long brown/black hair was super rude to me when I asked for help. She also was “dusting” and “facing” products that looked fine while there was a long line and only one register open. The cashier charged me full price for something on sale, and when I went back to ask for it to be corrected they told me they were gonna help everyone in line first. I thought they were gonna help me so I was just waiting but then apparently I had to get back in line. Not an issue if that had been clearly communicated in the beginning. Don’t come here if you want to wait in line while managers dust and pretend like they don’t see a line and then call their coworkers to gossip about you before you even leave the store.

Big place with diverse inventory. Lots of stuff espousing religion. There are some other interesting and useful items. They advertise matting/framing services, but I went there twice and that dept. was closed although I was there when they said it was open. I went elsewhere for matting/framing. I also needed help with art supplies but couldn't find anyone to help me with that either. Prices are high for the quality of goods, ranging from shoddy to okay. Location is in a semi-seedy shopping center. There is plenty of parking, so that's nice. The store is arranged poorly and interior signage is confusing. The employees at the checkout - the only 2 I saw in the whole store - were very nice but slow. The store is VERY understaffed.

The store layout is really hard to figure out and there are not enough checkouts. Lines are really long and there are not enough associates available to help in the aisles for the size of the store.

I always have a decent experience with this store. The associates and managers are helpful and friendly, and the store is always clean. The only “complaint” I might have is that when I “need” a certain yarn, it is always the most popular color in that yarn and the stock is either low or out! But not a reason to give fewer stars, just proof that others have the same great taste in yarn colors that I do! 😉

Such a big and exciting store. This was a fast trip so I wasn't able to snoop around much. But I love the different varieties of things than our own hometown Hobby Lobby in Ft Dodge IA. This chain of stores is my favorite to shop. Thank you! Thank you for making it so.

One of my favorite craft stores to go to. The store is always clean and neatly organized. This is a great place to buy small jewelry items for crafting your own. Did find that they have a fairly nice leatherworking section while I was there which was a nice surprise as those are a little harder to find.
