My entire experience with Heaven’s best was wonderful. The lady that made the appointment (I think her name was Betsy) was very nice and helpful. Joe showed up right on time and completely transformed my carpets. Have used other carpet cleaners in the past but Joe at Heaven’s best was by far the quickest and best cleaning I have seen. I 100% recommend this company and will be using them again.

Technicians arrived on time, were careful getting the equipment into the house, efficient and polite. The carpets looked nice when they finished. ( from afar)But when I swept a day later I noticed the stains that had not been removed. They did a great job! We had a lot of pet stains and they were able to remove almost all evidence of them. They even got out a stain from a leaked printer ink cartridge. Our carpet looks almost new! Completely happy with my carpets! Clean carpets are a big deal to me and they blew my expectations out of the water! The gentleman was training 2 new gentleman and I wouldn't have known they were training if he wouldn't have told me. All 3 were extremely respectful of my home and belongings and myself. I called and with extremely short notice they were able to fit me into their schedule so I could surprise my wife with professionally cleaned carpets when she got home from a vacation. A great business to work with. I contacted them after another local carpet cleaning business was unable to clean dog feces stains out of my carpets. Loren was able to stop by only a few minutes after my call, and he took the time to remove the stains nearly completely from the carpets. Their work is amazing. The carpet has never looked better. They took the time to answer questions and even demonstrated the additional work they can do. Oh boy! I have seen a lot of different carpet cleaners and everyone tells you that they are the best, but at the end you still find something that they missed. Heaven's Best did a wonderful job, better yet AMAZING. The apartment carpet they cleaned for us yesterday was SO severely damaged by the dog urine, you couldn't even walk in to the apartment without gagging. And let me tell you Heaven's Best TRULY cleaned that apartment SO WELL, its unbelievable. The carpet looks fresh, soft, NOT crunchy and it seems to me that on their way out they brushed it with a brush (I don't know if they did it or not). A+ ALL THE WAY!!!

I was ready to replace my 14 year old carpet due to stubborn pet stains and soiled traffic areas. I searched and read several reviews from many carpet cleaning services and finally decided on Heaven's Best. I nailed it!!! Loren came in and the carpets look awesome!! The stains are gone(carpet is a very light shade too) and the pile is totally fluffed. New carpet is not in the near future thanks to Loren and Heaven's Best!! Also had 2 upholstered chairs cleaned and tile and grout cleaned in bathrooms. Great service and exceptional work!!
