Got flowers from here on Valentines Day. Two days later the flowers were dying, zome didn't even bloom. Got flowers from Sam's Club the day after Valentines and and they're still blooming and look amazing, for a 5th the price! Next year I'll just go to Sam's.

Would not recommend if you want anything specially ordered I ordered 4 dozen roses in the shape of a heart. The bouquet looked barely like the picture and just seemed like they put little effort. I showed them a picture and everything and you would figure maybe since I had to pay an extra 40$ for “labor” they would throw in a couple extra roses to make the shape look better? No, they for some reason just shorted me like 5 or 6 roses, just a clear message to never come back I guess.

Was here for an interview and was early and had a chance to look around. Within a few minutes of arriving, a young lady asked if I needed anything. Told me she'd let them know I was here and to check out the store. She was great! I was looking around and wow! There's so much to look at! Neat little charms, sun catchers, wax melts and my favorite, Gnomes!!! Awesome informal interview, fun staff and it smells so good! Glad to know I'm not the only plant killer out there! Huge variety of plants, flowers and stepping stones. Definitely somewhere to look for a unique gift and gorgeous flowers!

I got to the store and called the number on my confirmation for curbside delivery. Paige was very helpful and answered my question about taking care of a begonia! It is a beautiful plant and can't wait to get it home! Will definitely be ordering again.

I had ordered the it's your day bouquet large for my wife for our 30th anniversary. Had to change delivery location from her work in Ames to our home in Story City since we are both in quarantine for covid-19. It arrived with no roses in bouquet. I called and told them it didn't have the roses. They told me they took them out to offset the delivery charge since it had changed. Did not ask if I wanted to pay the extra charge, just removed the roses. This was not what I ordered. Not acceptable for this special occasion.

Very disappointing in what I thought i had ordered online vs what was actually received!! Flowers look almost half dead when they arrived and not even close to the picture! I was really hoping i could trust them in delivering beautiful flowers to my mom for her birthday since I can’t and was willing to pay almost $10 for them to get to her! Such a disappointment

Flowerama in Ames did the flowers for my small wedding and I was 100% pleased. I wanted my flowers to be very simple and elegant and they completely brought my vision to life. All staff was friendly and helpful and pick-up was very timely. It only took a short, maybe 10 minute meeting, to explain what I wanted and when the time of my wedding arrived I had beautiful flowers that were exactly as I had requested.

Pretty place, but when I asked to purchase a flower, they sales associate said they were "display only". Turns out most of the flowers there aren't for sale... Just ended up picking some dandelions on the way home :/

I arrived a little before 9 on a Sunday.. sat there until 9:10 to give time for them to unlock the door and everything (said 9am on the door is open) doors were still locked and it didn’t look like anybody was there!!

The staff were friendly, and the flower arrangements were acceptable, but they delivered to the wrong address (the flower arrangement was sent to the backup locationf first, rather than the requested location). The staff, upon realizing their mistake, were apologetic, but could not fix their mistake. I am disappointed.
