I had a wonderful experience here! The doctor administering the exam was thorough and professional. My eyes have changed and his adjustments were accurate.The ladies up front were SO helpful with my frames selection and purchase. In particular a woman named Adrian helped me select my frames, she let me try on so many different styles and colors to find the one that suited me best. She was extremely nice and personable.I left my appointment feeling confident and excited for my new glasses! Thanks so much!

Highly recommend. I walked in to get my sunglasses retightened, and was willing to pay for the service but the staff member told me not to worry about it. She even cleaned my glasses too. I will definitely be back for my eye exam. 100% recommend!

my glasses crumbled on my face as I was wearing them, a week after purchasing, and they said i probably stepped on them for them to break, so they aren’t replacing them.The worst frames I have purchased, couldn’t even last a week.

We absolutely LOVE this place! They treat you like family here and it is obvious that they love what they do. The doctor is very thorough. The customer service is fantastic and extends far beyond the time of the sale. Katharine has taken a pair of our son's glasses that seemed far beyond repair and made them look almost brand new. Adjustments are meticulous and they aren't happy until we're happy. I would (and do) recommend them often!

I am shifting to trifocal/progressive glasses for focal issues. They did not recheck my pupillary distance for the progressives. When I went in after getting my glasses with concerns, the PD they had on file, and in my new glasses, was incorrect for my eyes. The lady told me to get used to them. This was not ok. I went back this morning and the gal was very helpful in getting this issue straightened out and my glasses reordered.

Love this place. I worked with Dr. Megan here (not me) and she was amazing. they gave me a script for my contacts and glasses with no issue that I could shop online. I ordered replacement lenses for an old frame that I love they came in no problem. They were easy to wear and looked great. They helped me with fitting the frames to my face even though I didn't get the frames there. The doctor listened to me and helped me get a really sharp prescription. I'm moving to a new town, and I have to struggle to find a new eye doctor. not looking forward to it. I will really miss having this team of friendly eye professionals to help me see better.

This is an edited review. The salesperson I dealt with when I ordered my glasses told me they would be ready sooner than their company policy states. I was told by Employee KatA 779 that my glasses would be ready in a week at the latest but when I called to find out if my glasses were in I was then told that it always takes 7-10 business days to get the glasses back and mine were not there. I was upset because I had taken that day off of work to pick them up. Later that day I was contacted by one of the company managers. She was able to track my order and told me they would be in the next day. She also offered to have a salesperson wait for me to come in, even if it was a little past the store's closing time. Their later customer service was very good and the glasses are of good quality. I would recommend them but be aware that it can take up to two weeks to get your glasses.

Honestly, I'm not sure why this location has poor reviews. I'm a picky person, but the ladies working were very attentive and helped me decide on my current frames. They were fun to shop with and I haven't had any issues with them so far. Prices are fair and they had a great selection. I would recommend this shop to friends.
