Hello, I don’t usually do Dairy Queen food. But I needed an Ice Cream cake for a birthday. So I picked up a meal. The attached picture is a 4 piece meal. If you can’t tell, it’s 3 and a half.I know what you’re going to say. The guy (me) ripped off a piece of one piece of the chicken. That’s fine, you can say that. But that’s not what happened. I got an obvious 3 and a half piece meal. Not sure how obvious it can be. And not impressed. It is like someone intentionally ate half of it.

We ordered two chicken strips meals and a cheeseburger meal. The chicken was overcooked and tasted like fish (overused fryer oil perhaps?), the burger bun was cold to the touch and the Texas toast was un-buttered and just barely toasted. We have eaten these meals at numerous other dairy queen locations and this one fell far, far below the standard.

This location was very busy when we were there due to the Iowa Games. The staff managed it well. I was disappointed that my blizzard was very liquidy due to them just changing the soft serve mix. I think they should have let it rest in the machine longer. My blizzard definitely would not have passed the upside down or it's free test....

Great ice cream always great for quick bite to eat as well. Although the food can be a bit greasy depending the day. The ice cream is always good especially for the price.

Ordered 2 blizzards from druve thru. One was over filled and dripping as soon as it was handed to us. Not a great day trying to clean up their mess in my car. Lucky granddaughter was with me or the girl in the window would have been wearing it.

This place has the best for blizzard in the city! Also, they have so many cold drinks that gives you a refreshing taste, especially during summer.And, the chicken strips basket is my favorite, it is a good meal if you are not sure what to get. 👌🏻

I wish they would allow more than 2 separate orders. I work for a company that our client have to pay for their own order separately from the rest of the group. The care giver has to order that way. And most of the time their is only one person with the clients. And we can't leave them in a van by themselves.

quality has dramatically decreased, ordered chicken strips meals, we got:-six small fragments of chicken-two honey mustard cups, one had a punctured lid-one and a half ranch cups, one had been dumped in the bag-sundaes that were, inexplicably, greasy. we had ordered extra fudge, we got less than usual on both-sodas were weak in flavor and had a definitive mint taste to it, they were both root beer-onion rings were acceptablenormally the food is about what you'd expect, this was below our lowest of expectations, the food was more of a snack and the drinks were disgusting, all of this for $18. not coming back.

Food was alright, but the lady working in the drive thru was incredibly rude and condescending to me for no apparent reason, which I was shocked by. Not sure if she was just having a bad day, but it was probably one of the worst drive thru experiences I’ve ever had, sadly. Especially since I love DQ normally. Only going to the Orion Dr location from now on.

I love their onion rings and frozen treats. I usually get a blizzard but this time I got a large vanilla shake. It was the bomb! Definitely a way to start any shopping trip since it's located behind Wal-Mart.

Always had a pleasant experience. Like their lunch menu of sandwich, fries, drink and ice-cream for around $5. Was a bit underwhelmed with an ice-cream cake that I bought there which was more ice-cream and brownie and less cake (but still quite tasty).

Ordered blizzards. All 4 came to us melted and very runny. The girl at the window was very rude and was rushing us. When we got to the window we were given our blizzards and were not bbn told which one was which. We were given no napkins and no receipt. Before I could say anything the window was shut and the girl would not come back to window. Need to fix this management!

Melted blizzards. They let them sit after you pay and you watch it melt as they ignore the window when they see it’s melted they put a plastic cup under it to catch the liquid. When commented on, they give you a bunch of napkins to sop up the melted ice cream. Not worth the dairy. Helped me kick my diet cheat habit; won’t be returning

Quick service in the drive through, and they weren't baffled when I asked for a hamburger like most fast food places that only have a cheeseburger button on the cash register apparently...the fries were fresh and crispy as well.

90 degrees outside? Hope you enjoy getting your blizzard everywhere in your vehicle because they never offer lids for the things, because they have some stupid need to prove that it stays when we flip it,so 90 percent of it ends up on you and your vehicle. Just put collars on the stupid cups.

Dropped by for a cone today.......their ice cream is always excellent, but when I pay 2.50 for a cone, I expect to get a generous cone. The manager yelled at the server and asked him if it was a medium or a large. The server then threw the cone away and made a smaller one. Makes total sense. Definitely destroyed the experience.Previously I had ordered a sundae here and been served chocolate syrup instead of hot fudge.....obviously they don't have it going on.As ice cream is something I save for a special treat, I will definitely be going to a different DQ in the future. This place has issues.
