I was skeptical but i did order a 20” koi and it is just as pictured. Hes happy and healthy. They’re shipping box was also more well insulated and the koi was carefully packaged. Hes been doing great, its been a week.

Great customer service.They sell mostly online. It's a small business with minimal staff so they are unable to do in-person tours. They are very helpful over the phone and email. Great customer service!!Koi fish are vibrant and healthy. I highly recommend this store for all purchases!!

I highly recommend this place! Ellen and the folks at Kloubec Koi Farm are awesome! I was visiting nearby their farm from Wisconsin, and wanted to pick up 2 koi to take home (instead of having them shipped) Ellen even took some time out of her really busy day to give my Mom and I a quick tour of their facility. What a fantastic set up they have, and you can really tell they care a lot about raising healthy and hardy koi. And it’s great you can chose the actual fish you want on their website. My koi were packaged extremely well, and made it home in great shape. They are both so beautiful, and they are a great addition to my pond! 🐟😊

2nd order from Kloubec Koi! We ended up losing all our small "Koi" we bought locally over the summer due to some very sad API chemical mishap. Never again!!! It was heart breaking, to say the least. Oddly enough the only one that survived was Kloubecs Koi we were blessed with.Silly- but he/Koi seemed depressed afterwards for weeks. Yet again, Kloubec saved the day when they flew this bad boy in! Now, both happily swimming and exploring, as they should. Maybe its that they're buddies or MAYBE its cause of Kloubecs food he finally got more of! Highly recommend! Beautiful honest family buisness! Thank you guys!

I am sitting here with my sister. My brother ordered two koi fishes for her birthday . The two fishes didn't turn out like anything they advertised online. She definitely got scammed by this company. She had her on speaker and the lady hung up on her and laughed like she just hit the jackpot by successful scamming her. My sister is such a sweetheart, would reason with anyone. The lady of this company didn't even give her a chance to talk. So rude!

I’ve been feeding Kloubec’s Koi food since I found it 5 yrs ago. I was researching for an alternative to the junky food available on the market. Kloubec’s food ingredients are excellent, year round feed and the fish love it! Their colors, appetite and vigor are very good.I bought 4 small koi from them 3 years ago. They arrived healthy and unharmed; packed and shipped perfectly. Lovely fish. I will continue to purchase from Kloubec Koi.

The fish arrived as scheduled, safe and sound (I was impressed with the packaging; I had never had live fish delivered and am still kind of amazed they make it). So I HAD to write this review-🎏 Kloubec Koi are phenomenal! It’s really difficult to find a reputable dealer of quality koi at a fair price- and never mind finding healthy fish that can withstand the shipping. Kloubec does all of this and MORE! They provide you with great info, their koi are as LARGE as you would expect (most dealers send butterfly koi half the size you anticipate bc they use the tail in measuring) and the koi are hardy and healthy when they arrive. Not to mention top notch customer service!Don’t buy koi from ANYWHERE else. Seriously…. Kloubec is it!😉

If you enjoy the back yard pond experience and Koi fish, this is the place to go. While staying in the Amana RV park and having purchased Kloubec Koi food online and finding we were only a few miles away. I decided to call to see if they were open, normally they do retail sales at the farm on Saturday. Being on Wednesday we were told they were preparing for a show out of state, if we got there asap we could get a tour. It was awesome and we where given a great tour of the facilities. We are only amateur ponders with a few Koi but absolutely appreciated the time Ellen gave us out of her very busy day of packing for thier show.Remember Saturdays are retail at the business I think most of the rest is online. Well worth your time if interested in Koi fish.

Kloubec is the only place I buy koi anymore. Home bred, closed system, super healthy, great skin quality. I have 20 Kloubec koi. I hope you can see the pictures. I took them the day they arrived. Even after the stress of shipping, look how incredible they are. Today is 6/7/18 and the first 3 koi were purchased in May 2015 and look even better now. The beni has thickened up nicely and I couldn't be more pleased. The last pic is my most recent purchase. Those are air bubbles or dust on the lens or something in that picture because there are no white specs on that koi whatsoever. You can see videos of my other Kloubec purchases on KoiPondPeppy on youtube. I don't have the most recent on there yet but will get to that.

I re-measured the fish you sent, it's only 3.5 inches, not what you thought. Do you want me to return the fish? I'm wasting my time talking to you, right? I bought two fish, 14 inches and 11. This inch please send me the 5 inch and the 4.5 inch, how did you measure it? How can I measure it to be the size of 1 finger?

Ordered 10 Koi to restock after a Heron took most of my fish. The new Koi came quickly and appear very healthy. Hopefully I won’t have to order anymore, but I won’t hesitate if needed.Update, all Koi are healthy and growing. I expect a lot of growth from them in 2021 based on their growth in 2020

Received 15 Koi. Within three days 4 we’re dead. Company refused to do anything unless I bought more fish and then they would give a minimal discount.Blackwater creek koi is a much better company on all levels. I strongly recommend them.

According to the reviews I thought it was a good place to buy koi. I bought (3) 8" koi and received (3) 6" koi. I tried to call them to ask why they were smaller but no one answered or ever called back. Per their email the fish were measured by industry standard Koi measuring bowls. My measurement picture that I sent back to kloubec Koi I used a tape measure and board with 1" lines marked on it. I was shorted by a total of 6". I'm very disappointed in the way they handle discrepancy issues and wouldn't even reimburse me for some of the money. I'm disappointed in Kloubec Koi and wont refer them.

Kloubec Koi has been suppling koi to myself and friends for over 12 years. In that time Ellen, Myron and other Kloubec family members have all taken the time to educate myself and friends to insure the health and happiness of all of our koi. I ordered the Kloubec Choice Mix Bulk Pack 6" - 8" koi and 3 comet goldfish for good measure. Ellen confirmed that I would be available when the fish were scheduled to arrive before fulfilling the order. When shipped, I received notification and was able to track their journey the entire way. The fish arrived between the window of time indicated and were healthy, active, and a beautiful selection of mixed colors--exactly as I expected. They are now swimming happily in my small koi pond and enjoying the Minneapolis summer. I highly recommend Kloubec for their service and high quality fish.
