This Target has really gone downhill in the last few years. They don't restock their stuff on a regular basis. You might find a product once, then go back to purchase it a few weeks later, only to find an empty spot on the shelf that remains empty for weeks. In the makeup area you might be waiting for months. The selection of products is also terrible! Complaints have fallen on deaf ears.

Funko Pop selection/area is always in a complete disarray.Awesome and helpful staff.One of the best and easiest retailers for making returns from online purchases.Love the on-line/drive up pickup option. Most I've ever had to wait after arriving is probably 4 minutes, they're are super quick.

This is for the Starbucks in altoona target. The cashier Mary on November 29th 2023 made a really good sugar cookie drink and she very polite.

Always poor customer service at this location especially Starbucks employees. They actually deserve 0 stars. I've been to this location for 16 years finally writing them a review because the management really need to do their part and step in.

Just wanted to compliment the baristas at this Targets Starbucks! They were slammed when I went in but they worked amazing together and my drink was AMAZING!

Pretty sad that 3 items clearly marked on the shelf rang up incorrectly. Okay. That I can resolve at CS, but the fact I have to do that is annoyance enough. But the biggest grievance...having no option but to do self-checkout as all other registers were closed. I should be paid to do YOUR job. Won't be back for a long, long time...again. See if anything changes then. Probably not.

Appalled by lack of customer service. Tried calling the store 3 times as we purchased a product that is 'faulty' (won't work at all) and no one answers the phone to discuss options. The phone rings and then cuts off. I tried 3 different departments. Tried online 'chat' and have been waiting > 15 mins. Guess I'm back to shopping only online.

Called ahead because I knew the Target app is usually wrong…another inconvenience.. get told that they FOUND what I was calling in about. I get there within 10 minutes to be told they don’t have it… another inconvenience. How hard is it to go look and put your hands on an object before telling someone it has been found? Department gone? Okay, get a manager to go look for it. Walk away from the counter, came back to ask a question and at least two of the four decided to talk about it and laugh. Do your job right! This world is so crazy with how lazy people have gotten!

Today we HAD to make a visit to our local Target store, simply because our pharmacy {CVS} is there. Otherwise we probably wouldn't have darkened their doorways any more. WE USED to shop at Target all the time, but within the last few years, the store has taken a REALLY BAD dive ! Their aisle are always CLUTTERED with boxes and merchandise. There are rolling carts of items sitting out in the middle of the aisles BLOCKING traffic ! The quality of their merchandise has take a horrible nose dive too ! My wife says their women's clothes dept has gone back to the days of the Amish and the Little House on the Prairie days, clothes that NO ONE wants to wear ! The clerks are still very friendly, but they can't do much about the garbage Target is trying to unload on the public ! We USED to shop at Target all the time, several times a week. Today, we're lucky IF we have to go there even once a month ! Good luck Target. No wonder your stock is down so much !

The service for the store here is great, but there are some definite downsides to this Target. The Pharmacy is slow and one of the pharmacists decided it was more important to talk to a friend that they saw in the aisles than come and do the manadatory explaining of a new medication. This store also barely has any variety and always seem to be out of things. Everytime I do order pickup they have to cancel at least one of my items.

Placed an online order for store pickup for an item that showed 3 in stock. Called 3 hours later as my item had not yet fulfilled, they stated my order was next in line to be fulfilled. I then immediately received an email stating my order was cancelled and the item was no longer in stock. I proceeded to go to the store and found all 3 on the shelf available for purchase...my order was cancelled simply in retaliation for calling for an update on status. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Always friendly and professional employees. Very clean store with comfortable temperature and store lighting. With the exception of one item, all of the items from multiple departments we were looking for were available. It's also welcome to me that they have a better variety of books than competitors. Highly recommend!

I frequently shop here as they stay on top of stocking the shelves. Good selection of pokemon products. Fast checkout lines, especially compared to the store across the street. Curbside pickup available, order online is an option. Finding an employee is never a problem here and they are always happy to help. They really do try their best to service the shopper. Clean store and clean restrooms. Coffee shop in the front is pretty swell as well.

Workers are so mean especially to black people. they do not greet or send off black people nicely. for example, I walked in the store and they did not greet me but when a white lady walked in, they greet her very nicely. i will never be coming here again.

I usually only go to this target to pick up meds from cvs today I did a little shopping there. I walked by numerous members of staff not one said hello or asked if I needed help. Now I know why I only go there for CVS

The employees at this store are unprofessional and raciest I went in to purchase a PS5 for my son, the employee told me that I can’t buy it in person but I can go online purchase one thru the app and wait 2 hours to get it, so I left to grab other items and when I past by the electronics department I happened to look over and the employees where selling a white male a ps5. I confronted them to ask why, they said they where not allowed to sell the bundle ps5 only the regular ones. At that moment I told them I never asked for a bundle all I asked for was a ps5 the employees answer was this is the last one we don’t have more. I will definitely never step back into this store

Never been a fan of target due to disrespectful staff, today was the worst of all. I needed help finding where to pick up something purchased online and was going to ask two women who were chatting. When they saw me approaching they turned and walked away so I wouldn't be able to catch up. The employee who was the most helpful simply waved his hand across the store and said "over there somewhere" but couldn't be bothered to give more direction than that. Won't be returning since customers aren't very welcome.

I'd give my exp zero stars if I could. I bought a shelve for my office only to discover that part of it was broken when I got home. When I called to ask about the return policy; the woman in customer service was rude and seemed liked she did not want to help. Once I got to the store and tried to exchange the shelve, no one offered to help. Only after I approached someone was I offered assistance. And even then, the guy basically asked me to grab to 90 lb shelve and carry it to customer service myself. I'd like to think that my race (African American) had nothing to do with it. However, I have to wonder. I've been in this store before, while in my formal work clothes, and have received totally different treatment. I spend enough money at target to expect better service then this. Please do better.

I use the pick up process with the great pandemic happening. I miss going into Target and letting it tell me what to buy. But until I can safely browse again, pick up is my choice. The store is organized, cleaned, and the staff is friendly.

The store was so clean and the gal at the checkout was super helpful. She actually went through how I can save with the Target app which I had on my phone and had no idea how to use. She showed me how to scan my items for discounts and use my rebates which I didn't even know I had. She was very kind and helpful and I greatly appreciate her help. Another gal helped me in the shoe department when I asked where to find the fee measurement mat.
