We got our gas. Price was good.We got 2 rib sandwiches that wS old and dry , cheese breadsticks was old and stale, cheese curds that was old and soggy!! All the food we got tatsed like it was on the warmer for way to long!! We won't be getting anything to eat there again!! Very disappointed!!

Greg needs to go!! He is nothing but rude to employees and customers. I shop there daily. I tried to address a situation that happened in his store today 3/5/24, but he was rude and acted like I was bothering him.

All the outside trashes that I put stuff in were all so full. I didn't have a lot and really had to make sure we weren't making a mess. The bathrooms were clean, and they had a family bathroom with a baby changing station. I walked in the first door and saw carts. I was a little confused, but once you're inside, you understand that they're kind of a mini mart. I loved that they had fresh food, but we opted against it since we still have a few hours on our drive, and we didn't want an unexpected bathroom break. Getting in and out of the parking lot wasn't hard, and there were a few lumps to choose from. Since we go from Missouri to Wisconsin and back a couple of times a year, we will likely stop in again

This is the worst Kwik Star around. They never have more than a couple items for food, and still manage to leave things past the pull time. The rollers are almost always empty. The coffee is hit or miss. I had creamer in my coffee that tasted rotten and I threw it away. The next trip the creamer dispenser tray looked like it had curdles in the bottom. I can go to any other Kwik Star and it's a great experience.

I visited this Kwik star on my Saturday morning coffee run. The lady running the register was more than unhelpful. She was rude and couldn’t seem to be bothered with me or anyone else in the store for that matter. Seemed like she was having a really bad day and giving poor guest service as a result. I have never been somewhere with a more rude employee and I will 100% never go there again. She had short hair and glasses, didn’t catch her name, but was quite literally the worst person I’ve ever met.

Nice Friendly atmosphere the parking lot is well lit and has several pumps to choose from .The Store has a vast variety of foods,snacks,beverages and items that you can enjoy sunglasses and earbuds, phone chargers and cords

I got accidentally charged full price for a food item that was on sale. I contacted them later on after I realized it. The manager was so nice and not only gave me the refund in cash, they also gave me a gift card for the trouble. Such great customer service! I almost cried!

Good selection of stuff, especially pastries.Had a slice of Pepperoni pizza and had 1 from Casey's about 30 minutes earlier in Colo, Ia. Both were fresh and hadn't been sitting out very long. But base just on taste alone, Kwik Star was by far alot better. I know they vary from store to store, so take that in consideration.

The store is great and the staff is always friendly. The only thing I would like to comment on is parking. While it is already tight for the layout, it is noticeable that there are staff members who frequently park as close to the entrance as possible, while the customers scramble. What looks like the designated employee parking has plenty of empty spaces, but the customers should not have to walk that extra distance.

Mail star is a step above truck stops and closer to a grocery store than gas station when comparing to your typical flying j/pilot truck stop. Food was really good and fairly priced. Restrooms were clean.

I stopped by on 1.12.2023 being my 1st visit at this store, and clerk Scott wasn't too customer friendly at all. His demeanor was very noticeable as though he was bothered. I ask for him to check my scratch offs and he mentioned that there is a machine that most customers use. I explained this is my 1st visit and asked if Jade still worked there and he informed me that her store opened in Pleasant Hill, I knew Jade from the Urbandale location by my home. He sinced that I was irritated after chatting with him and he mentioned he was from Wisconsin, but by then I wanted to leavethe store. Needs to be more friendly next time and if not, you working in the wrong field.

I'm very impressed with the set up of the store and the varied products they carry. They will definitely give the other two gas stations across the street a run for their money! I love the milk and orange juice in a bag. The donuts are cheap and look good.

Super narrow gas lanes! But I started going there because the car wash seemed to be much better than the new car wash across the street at the Casey’s, for several reasons I won’t go into.Then on a visit where I planned to use the car wash, it let me pay for a wash, but when I drove around it had the closed sign in front of it. ALL other convenience store car washes I have used don’t offer a wash at the pump if the car wash is closed. Quick Star wants your money anyway!! At first I thought OK, I’ll just use it later, but then by the time I had a chance to it, the car wash was closed again! At one point it was closed for several days straight!! I was finally able to use the code with just a couple days left on it, so I went in today and was offered the deluxe wash for only $9, so I pushed the button and got my code receipt, and drove around to the car wash and it was CLOSED AGAIN! When I went inside to ask why they would sell me a car wash when it was closed, the lady very nicely explained that the code is good for 30 days. When I asked why they would let me pay for a wash in the first place, she said she could refund my money, and she admitted the car wash has been closed often.Obviously they are having issues with the system, but to try to not lose car wash customers by selling them washes at the pump knowing they can’t use it is pretty low, like I would say just short of be deceitful and dishonest! Some family business! I will try to get used to the Casey’s car wash...

A gas station with all the extras. This is like a mini-mart which seemingly is much more than just a convenience store. This store has only been open a few months. They have fresh salads and fruits. They have tasty shakes and fruit drinks and lots of sweet goodies, doughnuts, cinnamon rolls all in a very clean and bright atmosphere. There's several check out spots so no waiting. It's truly more like a small grocery store. They're on a corner of Adventureland Drive. By the way, the sell gas too. We were alerted to their opening with coupons in the mail. We still receive some coupons occasionally.

Diesel for semi trucks is cheaper then other places ! Clean restroom actually whole store and cheerful employees! Lots of things to get especially fresh fruits foods drinks and snacks

Normally in here at least twice a week if not more. Never had a bad experience or anything bad to say about this store. Till my visit today 12/10. I got two bags of Doritos cause the sticker said price was 2 for $5. They ring up regular price, so I asked about it when I look at receipt and realize it. Went over with a worker to show him the sticker. He said yeah that ran out yesterday and noone took it down last night. Ok I understand that but it's not my fault noone took it down so dont treat me that way.

I am from northern Iowa where kwikstar is very popular so I couldn't wait for this store to open. This store is going to give it's competition a run for its money. They have all the Staples( bread,milk, bannanae, potatoes, eggs, etc) at a lower cost than the grocery store. The coffee and hot chocolate are delicious along with the donuts and other pastries. The staff is always friendly and I even notice their gas is cheaper than one of the stores just across the street. I make it a point to go here every time I need to fill my tank.

Everybody loves Kwik Star. Go inside and see for yourself. They have good food that is hot. You can get bananas and other fruit and vegetables. Bathrooms are clean. I’m glad this quick store is open.

I traveled through and stopped here for gas and snacks. I like that it has the hot food section and I noticed the fruit drink machine that's made fresh. Where I'm from the store is called Kwik Trip, similar just different name

12/29/19Card declined for coffee refill. I'm 3 cents short. I'm humiliated by the cashier and made to scrounge on the floor for 3 pennies. The other employees didn't seem to care. Disabled veteran, already in pain from walking there, and I'm told to do this for their amusement. Do you guys screen employees? Literally anyone else would have let that go.

I've been to at least a dozen Kwikstar gas stations and truck stops all over the state. It's disappointing that one of my locals ones has the worst service... I go to other stations and pay higher prices for fuel to avoid the hassle at this station when trying to get diesel fue .
